I'm curious as to how many troops the one by the base produces and the one outside of the base?

lol technically this goes in mech but w/e Very Happy

the base one produces... (incomming math)
(unitspawn) melee units, and (unitspawn/3) ranged units
the outposts in the lane produce
(unitspawn/2) melee units, and (unitspawn/6) ranged units
siege units spawn every 7 waves, and every 14 waves for the outposts, only if unitspawn is 6 or higher

*unitspawn is a variable, it starts at 3, and increases by 1 every 20 minutes...
** the captured enemy base outposts have recently been changed to spawn the same as a lane outpost

I think the siege should be decrease to 1 every 5 waves so the force that is currently losing will gain a slight upper hand.

it works both ways Razz if the heavies spawn every 5 waves, the winning team still gets them, and siege units are better for taking out buildings anyway
