+ 6 Intelligence
+ 35% attack speed
+ Daemon Fire

(active target point, emits a cone of daemonic flame that deals damage and lights enemies on fire, dealing 175 damage, and 10 damage per second for 10 seconds)

Derived from its namesake, the Tyrant's Claw is a bionic limb used by Huron Blackheart, leader of the Red Corsairs. Its chaotic nature reinforces the pure power behind this device, as it not only gives the user immense strength to cleave thine foes, but also can spray the very flames of hell to ensure all die the most painful of deaths

Still think it should at least slow down movement or attack speed if it's going to do such little damage end-game.

Or perhaps make it scale with stats, the stat in question being strength?

well, giving every dps hero access to a creep farming skill in item form, isnt the best idea. and yeah itll prolly slow a little

It should have a large cooldown, like 60-80 seconds to prevent people from using it for creep farming, and it doesn't exactly 1 hit creeps, but it needs to do some damage, in my opinion.

Perhaps it should do little damage to creeps but more damage to heroes?

thinking about it, the dot is what keeps it from owning creep waves... ill buff the intial damage
