| Spoiler: | | | Chypher was once a title within The Order, he was the keeper of secrets and traditions. Today's Chypher is one of the "Fallen". He is seen with a robe of white over his power armor, and carries two pistols. On his back is a sword, that he oddly never uses. Some believe it to be the Lion Sword. Could he be trying to reforge the sword, as a gift for the Emperor?

Range: Ranged, 270
Innate- Masterful shot: Chypher has been know to be able to make impossible shots, even amidst the chaos of battle. (Gives a chance to do a critical shot, each level increases the chance, 5/10/15/20)
Abil 1: Aimed shot (skill): Chypher stops, aims and fires his pistol with acute accuracy. (Stops for 3/2/1/0 secs to fire a shot with 70/75/80/85% chance to do critical damage)
Abil 2: Keeper of secrets (skill): The Chypher knows many secrets, ones that would make even the most stout hearted pause. (Stuns enemies in a 200/250/300/350 AoE for 1/2/3/4 secs.)
Abil 3: Fallen Angel (aura): Few know who the Fallen are, but those that do know they are fearsome foes. (Decreases attack speed in a 300/350/400/450 AoE around Chypher.)
Abil 4: Phase knife (ulti): The few times Chypher does close with his enemies, he uses a knife that seems to bipass armor. (Does instant 250/300/350/400 dmg, melee skill)

| if you keep aimed shot, make it a 100% chance to crit... and instead of stoping for 3/2/1/0... give him -50 or -100% ias on that one shot, with a 100% chance to 2x crit... or something... and a bland critical is boring  it might work, but its boring XD just so u know keeper of secrets' effect interested me as an idea XD never woulda thought of that i wanna know how fallen angel makse reducs attackspeed... why? and the ult is good, if not fitting for the hero (btw, fuegan has a pure damage ult, and it gets up to 550 damage... so yours is rather weak in comparison) _________________ warning! very-stubborn, sarcastic, self-important, argumentative developer detected! | For Masterful Shot (The innate), I think a chance to make the attack bounce would be better and more fitting of the theme. |

| Make it go through enemies for a certain distance?
The gun and bullets are so arcane and special and wonderful (You can tell I'm fluffing it up) that each shot not only hits the first target, but also has a chance to go through and hit targets behind the first target for a reduced amount of damage.
Or you could make it so that he has a very small, but noticeable attack animation, showing his mastery in attacking with the very minimum of effort, but the maximum of accuracy and poise.
Lastly, you could make it so that it has a percent chance each to do (for number's sake) 10 damage extra representing an arm or a leg hit, 20 damage extra for a body hit, and 60 damage extra for what would be a headshot. Or if you want it to scale, base the damage off a % of agi and str combined. |

| the first is possible, yet tricky to do with a % chance... the second isnt possible... (the tank bustas have like 0.01 attack point, and 0.01 backswing, yet they still play the full attack... so i cant make a model have a not noticable attack animation using game stuf... (if you could find me a model however, it might work, but makes for a pretty lame innate  ) and the third, well to be realistic, all heros should have to get this then... _________________ warning! very-stubborn, sarcastic, self-important, argumentative developer detected! | Well, for the third, he's a crack shot. The areas don't really matter, it's the concept behind it. He's quite masterful, he knows just where to aim to hit you for more damage than a normal shot, but he obviously can't do it 100% of the time, so he'll hit an area that isn't quite as damaging. |

| What about the ulti? I had to thing of something and make something up, and if we do make c'tan, then it wont work on them cause the dagger is made from the necrotyr, and they'd just absorb it |
