Imperial Guard

Now, I'm no Guard player, far from it
But I've played against both the previous Guard codex, and the new one and it seems to me that the new one has been overpowered a bit compared to the previous edition, from things like the addition of orders and heros, to the ability to fire every weapon on a leman rus, while moving it.
Just thought I would ask what people reactions to it are

I heard the new Guard dex wasn't coming out for another year or two. Then again, I don't really know much about it, so meh.

I've heard about it, but instead of it being overpowered, I heard it was a welcome improvement. But, those were imp guard players and.....still haven't earned enough to start my army up.
