[Incomplete] Val'kyr the Shas'Vre

Histroy
As a La and Ui Val'kyr studied they way of Mont'ka. His focus on his lead him to do something no tau had done before master the neuron blaster. Upon mastering the neuron blaster Val'kyr was promoted to the Vre. Val'kyr hopes with this new position he will some day be able to sever under and protect the great Aun'O Tau Acaya'Va'Denta.

Innate: Weapon Modifications
fluff: throguh years of experience and training to become a suit pilot val'kyr has modified and master his weapons
effect: gives val'kyr 10/20/30/40/50 bonus damage 5/10/15/20/25% as and adds 20/30/40/50/60 to the damage of grenade barrage

skill 1: grenade barrage
fluff: Val'kyr throws a bundle of photon grenades at the target area devastsating things electronic,psychich, and physical alike
effect: does 100/150/200/250 damage reduces ms 10/15/20/25% and a miss chance of 15/20/25/30% for 5 sec

skill 2: Gun Drone
fluff: val'kyr summons a gun drone in times of need to further increase his power and damage
effect: summons a gun drone that has a 10/15/20/25% trueshot aura and attacks doing 15/30/45/60 damage

skill 3: target lock {ty dues}
fluff: using sophisticated sensors val'kyr increase the effectiveness and sight of his unit
effect: val'kyr debuffs target for 4/8/12/16 secs allowing him to track the target until the debuff is gone
target lock: due to it reveling weaknesses whenever val'kyr attack them he has a 20/25/30/35% chance to stun the unit for .5/.75/1/1.25 secs also val'kyr can see the target for the duration of the debuff even if they leave his los

ult: Neuron Blaster
fluff: through his extensive training and inventive tau technology val'kyr has mastered what only vespids before him has, the neuron blaster a powerful weapon that cuts through even the most powerful of ray shields with ease
effect: in a 200/250/300 range val'kyr attacks a unit doing 250/325/400 pure damage and reducing 25/50/75% of their armor for 4 sec

the Hero looks good, but just one question when the gun drone is summoned is it invincible and lasts for a certain amount of time or does it have health and if so well (not to be an ass) but could you put how much
-BTW you spelled time wrong in the gun drones fluff

Kiba, I love your ideas so much.... except they can't happen under any circumstance whatsoever even if Tzeentch & Eldrad were to team up.

The Neutron Blaster is special to Vespids because only their wings can vibrate at a specific frequency which calibrates the crystal and makes it so lethal.

If you give him another weapon... You know, like a really big gun...

and in this case: make the fluff match the hero, not the hero match the fluff XD
if your gona scratch a skill cause it doesnt make sense fluffwise, then a good majority of the current heroes would be either gone, or half missing Razz

Lol. That's true. It just seemed like really outlandish without any additional background.

I'm not averse to random frequency generators appearing out of nowhere, though. Sounds good, even. ^^ Just be sure to make a note of it in your description (Blah blah tau technology imitation blah blah crystal blah)

And I might just make a vespid hero, because vespids are just that cool. xD

Curiously, should we look at remaking this character? Or at least making him unique such that he doesn't take the skills of other units in the Tau army?

It is Kiba's character, so he should be the one to make any final decisions on it. That being said, since the Neutron Blaster is the core of his character.

He appears to be a suit pilot, thus an XV8 with the ability to use a Neutron Blaster. Give him another weapon, a Jetpack, and the Target Lock that exists and he should be quite fine.
