[Incomplete] Urien Rakath, Master Haemonculus

[Fluff coming when I take the time to write it. Most of these heroes I write down skills 1st since I don't want to forget them, then come back for the rest.]

Agi char

Innate: Sadist
[Description] Haemonculus revel in the infliction of pain upon others, and Urien Rakath is a master of his craft. For this reason, Urien carries poisoned blades with him into battle.
[Effect] The more damage he inflicts on his opponent, the more engrossed he becomes in the fight. He increases his IAS and damage by 2/4/6/8/10% for every 50/40/30/20/10% of a unit's HP he personally takes off. The buff resets when he changes target, or if he doesn't attack in 5 seconds.
Also adds 5/10/20/30/40 poison damage over 3 seconds from the poison blades.

Skill 1: Uber Grotesque retinue
[Description] The Grotesques are handpicked by Urien and are amongst his finest creations.
[Effect] Summons 2/3/4/5 Uber Grotesques with 500/600/700/800, 2 armor, and 25-36/35-46/46-56/55-66 damage. The Grotesques must stay within 300 range of Urien or they will stop taking orders or even defending themselves (so no auto-attack), being too stupid to think for themselves.

Skill 2: Destructor
[Description] A weapon only used by the Haemonculus, it fires a spray of highly corrosive acid that can eat through any kind of armor.
[Effect] Does 80/150/230/310 damage and decreases armor of the target by 1/2/3/4 for 5 seconds.

Skill 3: Stinger
[Description] A special type of gun used by the Haemonculus, the Stinger fires a virulent poison into the target, which can cause them to explode!
[Effect] Urien shoots his unfortunate target, dealing 120/230/340/450 damage to the target over 7 seconds. If the target dies under the effect of this spell, it will explode, dealing 10/20/30/40% of it's max HP in damage.

Ultimate: Crucible of Malediction
[Description] Crucibles contain the trapped spirits of psykers captured and tortured by the Dark Eldar. When released, these spirits hurtle across the battlefield unleashing a psychic cacophany that can drive an enemy psycher insane.
[Effect] Spirits erupt from Urien, seeking out any unit within 200/300/400 range of him and dealing damage equal to 2/4/6 times their int value. Also has a 5/10/15% chance per victim that to manaburn for the cost of this ult (Cost rises per level, and therefore so does the manaburn.).
High manacost, and a 180 CD.

altho: the cruible is already in the game under the mistress of death... altho if you could come up with another name for a line damage dark eldar nuke, that could work too

(i meant to rename lelith's skill, cause the effects of the crucible makes more sense on your hero)

oh! and u cant force heroes to use their spells, because u cant get what spells heroes have... and having a database of what hero spells each hero has... too much effort D: (maby silence/manaburn?)

Right, I know what you meant.

Hmmm... all right. I was trying to get away from the bland effects though, and figured the enemy accidentally wasting a nuke would be worse.
You couldn't just make it activate "skill 1" or "skill 2" etc on heroes without specifying what the specific skill is?

nope D:
to make a unit use an ability, u gota get an orderid... so i would have to do something like

 UnitIssueTargetOrder(target, "chainlightning", randomunit)
(also notice that i have to differentiate between target, point, and imediate order, which makes things even harder to do)

What about Dark Lance? Seems to fit the skill better actually, though I don't know if she would get it (I think that's a vehicle weapon, isn't it?).
I think my Dark Eldar codex is missing pages though, because I'm missing Lelith and 2 other special characters, so I can't see what she gets.


Also, would it be possible to make it so all the target's non-ulti/innate skills are at their max CD?

u mean set their cooldowns going? no thats not possible

and yeah, my DE dex is missing those pages too.. and raelly... shes nothing like her wc3 version Razz the hero taht is lelith is more like a... homonculous? i think... or whatever other unit it is
(is there some other sort of sonic weapon in the DE dex? or anything?)

Also, I don't know. This was the closest thing though, since it talks about dark beams devastating all in it's path. I'll check for something else though.

So this is weird i was thinking up this hero after someone else posted it as an idea. I had to stop typing it up so it didnt get posted last week. And i had a very very similar build crazy huh?

Anyway my idea for the ulti was to create an aoe were if any spell is cast it feeds back costing hp and extra manna.

For Lelith being a wych she is not able to be equipped with a dark lance or any heavy weapon, it does not fit the fluff arena fighters as they are. but you could do a shredder or blaster.

If you got your codex off a file sharing site it will be missing pages.

Ok here is what i had started

Innate
Master Haemonculus
Urine is a master of his craft. His weapons are among the finest you will see at inflicting pain. Each attack is worse than the one before it.

For every consecutive hit Urine's damage stacks 5% up to 10% can be leveled to a max 15%
(in 40k he auto wounds)

Poisoned Blades
5/10/15/20% of damage dealt per attack will be done again per sec for 2/2/3/4 sec


Destructor,
A weapon only used by the Haemonculi it fires a spray of highly corrosive acid, this weapon functions similar to a flamer.
1 75 damage in a cone
2 100
3 150
4 200


Crucible of Malediction
Only the minds of the Dark Eldar would create such a dark object. It appears to contain the trapped spirits of psykers, who were once captured and tortured. These spirits haunt the minds of other psykers looking to punish others for their pain. Upon activating the spirits will attack anyone who opens their mind.

If any opponent cast a spell within the effected range they will suffer damage to HP and MP equal to 1x/1.5x/2x the manna cost of the spell.

For this animation i have an idea. The animation Pugna uses for "Decrepify " also used for Huskar's heal. make if very large, close to the range it is, and keep it with little color like almost clear



The only skill i had not done that i wanted to was "Stinger" my idea was the same as yours just not a dot.

hmm, my issue with the ult is... well its a more unique silence... but wont work nearly as well as it could.
its a target aoe, and anyone casting a spell in that aoe gets manaflared?

Would it be possible to make the spell effect unseeable until the manaflare occurs, and at that point make it also silence and maybe something else?

What if the ulti you proposed is mixed with my idea.

Like it drains HP= to .5x/1x/1.7x int per sec
and if an opponent cast they are hit for .5/1/1.7 mannaflare

I am trying to not make it op but it will be hard since even mid game int heroes have like 70 int and 70 dam per sec and they cant cast easily.

Also i was thinking the aoe will be around the hero not a target location. is that what you were thinking?

That is why the Hp drain is there. it could be a one time damage but i felt that a drain would be more fun. He does not have a stun skill himself not to make it too OP.

Hmmm...

What if we mix both ideas...

Make it do what I have in the OP, and maybe also silence, but also give it a chance to manaburn for the caster's ult's manacost x2 over 10 seconds.

(BTW Billiam, I had it as an AoE around the hero too. Sorry if that was unclear.)
