The Knife in the Back.
(Im getting lazy, tired, and demoraled at this point.)
The Callidus assassin takes infiltration to a whole new level. Using advance drugs, they can take the form of anyone, even the people they kill.
(Assassin template.)
Range:Melee.
Strength:16 Agility:18 Int:14
Innate:(Ideas?)
Ability 1:Acrobat.
The assassin is an expert in what they do, and acrobatics is one of the things they do.
(Its a jump ability, she leaps, and slams on to the ground doing A/B/C/D/E/F damage, and maybe a stun?)
Ability 2:Digiweapons.
The Callidus makes use alot of digiweapons, for they are easy to conceal.
(Does any range of things from slowing, to stunning, to simply damaging.)
Ability 3:Stalking.
When the time presents itself, the assassin, is good at stalking its prey.
(Think of windwalk.)
Ulti:Polymorphine.
Polymorphine, is the trademark of the Callidus assassin. It's the drug that allows them to change their form.
(The whole impersonation idea presented by From, and Grass.)
here's a rough idea. ideas would be nice, yada yada yada.

Re: The Knife in the Back.
I like it. Here's an idea for how the ult could work:
Impersonate the target (AKA look like him in every respect: be allied to his team (on their end only), shows up to enemies with cloned player's name, and even, if this is codeable, see their ally chat.) completely for a set duration OR until you attack. When you attack/cast a spell it dispels.
However, this would allow you to come and go in the enemy's ranks, and set up for a gank whenever you feel like it (or hell, even help set up a push, only for whatever hero was accompanying you to realize he's alone and now under attack.), and learn information no one else could get access to.
Does that make sense?
For stalking, maybe make it a targetted ability that makes you invis and run towards the target at a constantly increasing MS? (Or something else that kind of plays into the stalking theme?)
Acrobat would be good as a jump/evade, but we already have so many evades... Maybe a jump/+MS?
Anyway, I like these, so don't get demoralized! VIndicaire may already be taken, but these aren't, and there's still at least the Culexus Assassins (hint hint)!

Re: The Knife in the Back.
i was about to get on to him, but my first period came to an end. Besides, he's more difficult, cause he doesnt have any special characteristics outside of being a blank and the helmet he wears.
Re: The Knife in the Back.
I'll take your assassins up as well and see what I can do with them. They're really cool individuals and could be quite fearsome. :]

Re: The Knife in the Back.
Quick ideas:
Innate: Jump Back [Passive]
- Lithe as a whip, the Callidus Assassin can choose when to engage in combat or when to flip out of danger and sneak into the background. Of course, she always manages a last strike before leaping into the clear.
- Anytime the Callidus Assassin is attacked, she has a 30/40/50/60/70/80% chance to parry that blow, dealing her attack damage to all units in melee range, and flip out 200/250/300/350/400/450 distance opposite the direction she was attacked from. Upon landing, she gains a 10/15/20/25/30/35% movement speed buff for 5 seconds.
- Every time this effect procs, 6/5/4/3/2/1% of the Callidus's mana is used.
Skill 1: Poison Blades [Active]
- Laced with lethal toxins, the Callidus's blades inflict death to her targets. A simple application of poison lasts for several blows, each alone enough to kill a man
Skill 2: Neural Shredder
Skill 3: C'tan Phase Sword
Ult: Polymorphine

Re: The Knife in the Back.
Ctan Phase Sword doesnt allow any kind of save whatsoever. So lets do the fun thing and have it be an orb passive that lets you ignore the target's armor and just carve through? Say 25%/50%/75%/100% of the targets armor? Believe it or not, it wont increase damage to high, since its only your heros innate damages plus bonuses.
Maybe also add a toggle that gives a high crit chance per each strike, at the cost of mana?

Re: The Knife in the Back.
Not increase damage that much?! You realize that armor reduces 50% or MORE of all incoming physical damage?! Aka non-magic damage!?
