[Hero] Lelith Hesperax
Quick fluff on her:
To describe Lelith as a graceful killer is not sufficient enough a description to come close to what she actually is. To her audience, she weaves a picture of lethal perfection, a priestess of the art of death. With but two blades, she is a perfect storm destroying all in its path, every movement intended, every blow clean, and all laid waste to. It matters not who she faces, for the end result is always a beautiful display of how to kill.
Innate: Rush of Battle [Passive]
- One or more of Lelith's stats is boosted a random amount for a short duration when she kills a unit. (I'm sure this can be worded more eloquently.) As the her skills increase, she gains more and more bonuses. Duration also increases per level increase. Every time she kills a unit, the duration is refreshed. Also, her skills work via the usage of kill points, which is what it sounds like. Every kill gives her 1/1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5 points to use.
Level 1: MS (1-5%)
Level 2: MS (3-7%), Damage (1-5%)
Level 3: MS (5-10%), Damage (3-7%), Strength (1-5%)
Level 4: MS (7-12%), Damage (5-10%), Strength (3-7%), Agility (1-5%)
Level 5: MS (9-15%), Damage (7-12%), Strength (5-10%), Agility (3-7%)
Level 6: MS (11-18%), Damage (10-15%), Strength (7-12%), Agility (5-10%)
Stat Caps: MS (30%), Damage (40%), Intelligence (30%), Strength (20%), Agility (15%).
Duration: 3/4/5/6/7/8 seconds.
Skill 1: Ghost Weave [Active]
Cooldown of 20/16/12/8 seconds. Kill points
When activated, Lelith will create an illusion performing her previous action, which can strike a target 1/2/3/4 times before disappearing or dying. This illusion does 60/70/80/90% damage, but takes 300/275/250/225% damage.
After creation of the illusion, Lelith then gains 10/15/20/25% movement speed, can move through units, and turns invisible for 1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0 seconds. If she strikes a unit while invisible, another illusion is created, but one that dispels after it has been struck 1/2/3/4 times by a hero or dies. Additionally, she turns invisible again for 1.0/1.5/2.0/2.5 seconds with the same bonus to movement speed.
This can happen over and over as long as Lelith hits a target while invisible. The invisibility duration decreases by 0.25 seconds every time she hits out of invisibility.
*I would prefer invisibility, rather than transparency, just for this hero. Transparency implies that the hero is actually detectable, just not by normal sight, while invisibility has more complex connotations. Like a ninja is not transparent in the night, but invisible.*
Skill 2: Glacial Rend [Active/Passive]
Passive: When Lelith strikes a target, its movement and attack speed decreases by 0.5/-/1.0/-%. Every time she hits after the initial debuff, the values are doubled over and over, to a max of 32% speed lost. Duration of 5 seconds, refreshes upon hit.
Active: Lelith throws one of her knives in an arc towards a specific point on the map. The knife travels for 500/700/900/1100 distance and does her current attack damage + agility in damage. After this, Lelith loses 50/45/40/35% of her attack until she picks up the knife or the cooldown has elapsed. Will stun a hero depending on how long the knife has traveled in the air. Max of 2 seconds. If she chooses to throw her other knife, she may, which will cause the same effects on enemy units. Lelith then loses 80/75/70/65% of her attack after this second knife has been thrown. There is a 15 second cooldown between throwing of one knife, which can be shortened if she picks up her knife before this period. Mana cost of 120 mana.
*This skill can be activated twice before triggering a cooldown. So you were a little confused by my interpretation.*
Skill 3: Hunter's Instinct [Passive]
When Lelith attacks a unit, she has vision of that unit for 5/7/9/11 seconds and gains 1/2/3/4% triggered evasion against all damage that specific unit does. This evasion lasts for 2/3/4/5 seconds and stacks with each attack, duration refreshing as well. Additionally, she has a 15/20/25/30% chance on every attack to deal 2/4/6/8% of missing life added on to her next attack.
Ult: Bloody Pirouette (Active)
There are two versions of this skill. One is triggered in the neutral state, while the other is triggered with the prerequisite being that Lelith must be in Ghost Weave. When activated from the neutral state, Lelith twirls in the air 500/700/900 distance, slicing those unfortunate to be within reach when she lands and dealing [agility + strength] times 1.5/2.0/2.5.
When activated in Ghost Weave, she selects a target point, as she does in the neutral state. However, if an enemy unit happens to be at that target point when Lelith comes within 150/200/250 range of it, she will do the following: Moving in a circle around the unit, her first attack will create an illusion, whereupon she then attacks again 0.5/0.4/0.3 seconds later around the target unit in a different place. This repeats until she's surrounded the target with 4/6/8 illusions, all of which do 10/20/30% of her agility in damage. The original Lelith's attacks do 50/65/80% of her agility as damage. These illusions last until they take 1/2/3 hits or they attack 1/2/3 times.
*Hint: Ghost Weave-activated ult is much like Lucius's old ult, not an area of effect damage and illusion cage. The illusion cage is secondary to the actual damage, but still a part of the skill.

Re: [Hero] Lelith Hesperax
passive, passive, active/passive, passive, active...
very well done
the innate is good, altho i dont know how quickly the effects will stack up... itll prolly feel alot like kharn's old ult.
few issues with the first skill:
make it a toggle text commands are clunky, and it has no active component.
you say it takes X hits at X% of life to kill it, but also specify it takes X% bonus damage.
which is it, and whats the point in specifying the max life part?
(and btw, your current numbers on the inital illusion translate to ~1000/500/350/310% bonus damage)
also, imo, this skill doesnt fit lelith as a character. shes a gladiator, not stealthy.
AFAIK, she likes to show off, not hide.

Re: [Hero] Lelith Hesperax
lol, Grass. The purpose of the first skill is to show how she's so damn good at fighting, she can slip in and out of perception in a flash. Much in the concept of afterimages, she moves so quickly that what you think you're fighting is just the air left in her wake.
It's not realistic for me to have her move so fast as to kill someone in one hit, because that's what she does all the time, in spectacular fashions. So I improvised. How do you feel trying to fight an opponent that hits you one, turns invisible, and then hits you again over and over? Helpless prey being toyed around with by a predator, no? That's what I'm trying to capture.
As for the whole passive/active stuff, I'll probably throw in another active for Instinct, just for kicks.

Re: [Hero] Lelith Hesperax
then trigger it when she attacks, not when she is attacked
that changs the entire purpose of the skill
that changs the entire purpose of the skill
Re: [Hero] Lelith Hesperax
Typing from your cell, I see. xD
That works better, though, thanks.

Re: [Hero] Lelith Hesperax
for the knives:
"Lelith loses 50/45/40/35% of her attack until she picks up the knife or the cooldown has elapsed"
and
"There is a 15 second cooldown between throwing of one knife, which can be shortened if she picks up her knife before this period"
made (and still do) it seem like it was "throw one knife, cd, throw the other knife. picking up knife one refreshes cd"

Re: [Hero] Lelith Hesperax
It's "Throw knife one, Throw Knife two, pick up both knife 1 and 2 to refresh cd."
