I feel the need to appologize:
I havn't been around nearly at all recently to work on the map; this is largely due to my having to deal with life.

So, yes, things have been very slow lately, but things can still get done. The best thing that could happen right now would be people play testing the latest version of the beta, taking notes (mentally or by writting them down), saving replays, and telling me what needs fixing/balancing. I don't actually have to be around for this to happen.
I want *you guys* to play test, even if I'm not around. Most issues that would come up should come from gameplay, and I can't be in every game played; therefore, I have to rely largely on player feedback. This is you.

Now, even though development has been slow on finishing this version, it's not like I havnt been doing *any* work. As of now, I have a large chunk of all new 'content' (This means things like new heroes, certain hero remakes) planned for next version already complete, code-wise; they just need to wait untill next version before I can add them in. And if I dont have the change coded-out, I have most remaining ideas written out, just waiting to be typed up.
So, if you refuse to at least play games... I would ask that you look at all the threads in the Suggestions->Remakes forum, as well as most of the non-.46 threads in the Development forum. Also, look over the (Tau) heroes in the Development->Heroes->Development forum.

That's right, everyone listen to Grass.

Two things.

Give bot control to more people so that they *can* test, because not all of us are fortunate enough to do so by ourselves.

Also, devise a simpler way for people who don't use the forum to report bugs. Because unless one of us catches it, it's not being written or recorded. Though it may be complicated, I would suggest a command in game by blue/game owner/everyone to allow them to document balance fixes and bugs right on the spot.

Like:

Player X sees his/her character vanish out of the blue. Player X then types -report. Whatever player X says after report for up to 1-3 lines of text is then taken by the bot and placed in a text file of some sort, timestamped. In this way, people who aren't part of the clan can give prompt feedback.

And as for the new heroes and content, it would be kind, though not necessary, to tell everyone the extent of your completed work to this point, so that we have a direction to move.

That report command would be awesome... If I knew how to code scripts for ghost++ Razz
I would have absolutely no idea how to do that sadly.

But yes. Next time I'm online... Ill give bot control to clannies.

As to heroes:
O'Shova, O'shassera, vespid saboteur, Swarmlord, Fuegan remake, Cato remake.
And if there's more... I can't remember them atm.
These guys are all coded and the code works for the most part.

Can you make it go through the map, then, instead of the bot?

And do recall all of them when you get a chance, so that everyone else can see everything you've done.

Yep ill be in a position where I have access to them today in a couple hours.

And I could... But I can't modify anything external using map code... So any reporting a user does can't be saved externally or for another play.
Edit: I can't think of anything. But I can try to look for something that might work

Well, I would love to go over my work once again, but that defeats the purpose of criticism. I would prefer that another perspective (That means the rest of you, you lazy bums) at least type an opinion or even an actual analysis.
