Gains one charge every 40/40/35/35/30/30/25 seconds, to a maximum of 1/2/2/3/3/4/4 charges. For each charge, allied creeps within 20 range capture locations 1x faster.
Each time this ability is activated, a charge is used, and the next ability used gains a bonus.

Afflicts all heroes in the target area with bloodswarm scarabs for x/x/x/x/x/x seconds. After the duration, a flayed one appears to attack the subject, causing all nearby enemy units to be concussed.
Everytime a subject is attacked, the duration is reduced by 1 second.

Whenever the Stormlord kills a creep, all nearby creeps are feared for .25/.35/.45/.55/.65/.75 seconds. If the stormlord kills a hero, the duration is doubled, and heroes are affected as well.

ult: Lord of the Storm
All enemies on the map have their vision radius reduced to 200 for 10 seconds.
every second, every unit within 1000 range have a 10% chance of being struck by a bolt of lightning, dealing x/x/x damage
For each charge expended, the area increases by 250, and the change of taking damage increases by 50%

note: charge bonus is 50 of the current bonus, not a flat +50%, this makes the chance per .1 seconds 1/1.5/2/2.5/3% for a total chance of 10.4/16/21.8/28/34.3% to be struck in 1 second
note: chances are rolled every .1 or so seconds, with a cumulative chance of 10% over that second. (1% chance every .1 seconds gives a 10.4% chance every second, if my math is correct)
this just stops x number of lightning bolts all striking at the same time and looking lame
