Death leaper appears as a normal unit on the minimap
Death leaper gains 5/6.5/8/9.5/11/12.5/14% transperancy and 2.5/3.25/4/4.75/5.5/6.25/7% evasion for each 100 distance it is to the nearest unit. Max of 700 distance
Skill 1 Flesh Hooks:

Launches flesh hooks at the target point.
If it hits an enemy unit, tree or building, Deathleaper is pulled to it.
If an enemy unit is hit, it takes 100/130/160/190/220/250 damage, and Deathleaper is attached to the target for 1 + .02*ap seconds

Skill 2 Pheromone Trail

Deathleaper leaves a trail behind him as he moves for 5 seconds. Any enemies That cross the trail or attacked by Deathleaper extend the trail for 2 seconds.
Deathleaper and allied heroes have vision of the trail and gain 6/9/12/15/18/21% attack speed and 4/5/6/7/8/9% move speed on the trail.
Skill 3 Mind Eater

Reveals all enemy heroes in range for .25/.35/.45/.55 seconds + .25 seconds per kill that Deathleaper has.
If Deathleaper kills a hero, he gains a 4% of that hero's highest attribute permanently

The target is revealed, loses 10/15/20 + .1*ap% of all stats, is slowed by 25+.1*ap% and takes 10/20/30+.1*ap% bonus damage from Deathleaper and his allies for 9 seconds.

- Chameleonic skin:Deathleaper does not show on the minimap. Additionally, he gains x% transparency and x/2% evasion for every 100 range he is from an enemy unit maxing out at 700 range.
Skill 1 (Flesh Hooks):low range, low damage, high speed skillshot that does two things: pulls lictor to terrain if he hits it or pulls lictor to target not-allied unit. If a unit is hit, it cannot use dashes or blinks for a few seconds.
Skill 2 (Pheromone Trail):Leaves trail that grants vision of the trail and gives allies and deathleaper bonus 3x% MS and 8x% AS while on trail. Any enemy that steps in the trail or is attacked by Deathleaper leaves behind a trail for a few seconds, trails do not stack.
Skill 3 (Mind Eater):"fluff"
Reveals all enemy heroes on the map for .5 seconds per kill Deathleaper has.
If Deathleaper kills a hero, he gains a 2x% of that hero's highest attribute permanently and gains vision of other enemy heroes for 1 second. Killing creeps shows the distribution of creeps around him in 500x range.
Ult: (It's After Me):Deathleaper targets a single hero, who loses 15x% of all attributes and stats and takes 10x% bonus damage from Deathleaper and his allies for 5x seconds. Deathleaper can leap to targeted hero with a CD of 5-1x seconds.

flesh hooks attatches deathleaper to the target for a short time
its after me also slows
just a thought: it doesnt need the leap if it has fleshhooks
