Lucius the eternal

initiative: 7
intellect: 3

armor: 6 + .8/lvl
movespeed: 2.4

physical power: 35 + 3/lvl
ability power: 5 + .75/lvl


Factional trait: champion of chaos

Innate: armor of shrieking souls
"fluff"
Deals x/x... +(ap) damage to enemies in a cone. Any enemies affected are stunned for .1 seconds, and have a (ap)% miss chance for 3 seconds.


One: lord of decadence
"fluff"
Gains +100% Ias and 30% ms for x/x/... Seconds

Two: lash of torment
"fluff"
Target unit takes (pp) damage and have move speed and attack speed slowed by 70% for 1 second.
Enemies attacking Lucius have a 20% chance to have the lash target them. This passive effect cannot trigger more than once every 1 second.

Three: duelist's pride
"fluff"
Lucius gains +x/x.. damage. When attacking a target with less initiative than him, he only gains a percent of this bonus equal to the targets percent of his own initative
note: wording sucks, but if lucius has 10 init, and the target has 5, 5/10 = 50%, so he would only get 50% of the bonus.
Spoiler:
Lucius loses x/x...% ias and x/x...% ms for 3 seconds whenever he attacks a creep, and gains that much ias and ms when attacking a hero

Ult: the eternal
"fluff"
When killed, Lucius' killer takes x/x/x% of its current hp In damage over 20 seconds. If it dies, Lucius respawns at that spot and gains 5% of their ability power and 3% of their thoughness.
