[Incomplete] Casimir Talbot The Devastator

-Devastator specialization
Desription- As a devastator one is required to go through
vigorous weapon training this results in a mastery of weapons
but having to carry all these weapons can slow an
individual down
*innate effect- reduces movement speed by 10/20/30/40/50 but
increases all damage done by your abilities by
20/40/60/80/100 ( i htought percentage would be to imba so
i mean actually reduce it if you can like they go from
300 starting ms to 290/270/260/250/240) also when activated
switches between frag/krak missile launcher

-Supporting fire
Desription- The devastator uses his heavy bolter to lay down
supportign fire for his allies as they charge into battle
*Effect- shoots 15/30/45/60 bullets in front of the marine
each doing 5/5/6/6 damage a piece in an arc in front of the
marine

-Missile launcher
Description- a versatile tool that can shoot krak missiles
that are effective against single targets and armor or
frag missiles that are effective against multiple enemies
*Effect- fires 2 missiles
frag- does 50/120/190/260 damage in a 300 aoe
krak- does 70/140/210/280 damage to a single target and
reducing armor by 3/4/5/6 for 10 secs

-Plasma cannon
Desription- A mighty weapon that devastates both vehicles
and troops often used by one or two devastators
*Effect- shoots a single target doing 120/180/240/300
and 50/100/150/200 damage to every enemy in a 300 aoe
of the target.

-Lascannon
Desription-One of the most powerful weapon a space marine
can carry. It shoots a devastating beam in a line in front
of the marine
[b]*Ultimate Effect
- The speca marine fires a single line beam
in the direction indicated anything hit by the beam takes
250/350/450 damage

well, pretty simple aoe damage hero XD

add a slow to surpressing fire...

also considering every single skill is an aoe nuke... try to change them up a bit, like each one does a diff effect, so u gota chose which one is the best for which situation and stuff... maby lower the damage on all of them cause theres 4 XD

well for supporting fire its mroe of a liek cover fire so was thinking bout adding a lil damage buff to nearby allies as he shoots damage for this isnt tht bad

for missile launcher maybe a slow krak = bigger slow and maybe 75/125/175/225 frag = smaller slow but aoe slow and maybe 100/125/150/175 aoe dmg

plasma cannon= maybe like an armor reduction maybe 100/125/150/175 aoe and 60/120/180/240 primary

las cannon= maybe change it to a channeled beam for 3/4/5 secs doing 50/75/100 dmg a sec and everything hit by it is slowed slightly to keep them in the beam

hows tht for effects?

now uve just thrown in a lot of slows Razz

surpressing fire doesnt make sense as an ally buff.. the way the skill is layed out XD. i think it should slow...

missles... frag can deal aoe damage. krak can reduce armor

plasma. this could slow then i could base it of of frost nova XD maby make surpressing fire make enemies miss?

las... doesnt make sense as a channeled beam... cause... thats just not how las cannons work XD.

well its not suppressing its supportign and i was hitnk like picture devastator chillign in bac unleashing bolter makes enemies hide allows ur gusy to come in and get initial atk or 2 thts where atk buff coems from but ehh lol and i know with als but you said u wanted effects lol

lmao thts all there rly is for debuffs isnt there :-P ohhh maybe like a bleeding effect for bolter liek each bullet tht hits you stacks a bleed debuff not to powerful not to many stacks

its still tecnically damage Razz but yeah i know what u mean

also... slow, armor reduc, damage reduc, stun, miss, spell resist loss, take extra daamge. mess around with these... and maby someone else will post some ideas -.-

Reduces movement speed by 10/15/20/25/30/35 but increases all damage done by you and your abilities by 5/7/9/11/13/15%. Also allows the switch between Frag and Krak Missiles.

Skill One
Supporting Fire: Devastator fires into an area giving cover to allies damaging all enemy units in an AoE every half second for 3 seconds.
Mana: 100/110/120/130 Cd: 15/14/13/12
Level 1: Deals 25% weapon damage in a 150 AoE.
Level 2: Deals 35% weapon damage in a 200 AoE.
Level 3: Deals 45% weapon damage in a 250 AoE.
Level 4: Deals 55% weapon damage in a 300 AoE.

Surpressing Fire: Allows the Devastator to attack multiple units for a few second while lowering their damage.
Mana: 80/100/120/140 Cd: 26/24/22/20
Level 1: Allows for up to 2 extra units to be attacked for 2 seconds lowering their damage by 15%.
Level 2: Allows for up to 4 extra units to be attacked for 3 seconds lowering their damage by 25%.
Level 3: Allows for up to 6 extra units to be attacked for 4 seconds lowering their damage by 35%.
Level 4: Allows for up to 8 extra units to be attacked for 5 seconds lowering their damage by 45%.

Skill Two

Plasma Cannon: Devastator uses a mighty plasma cannon when he need more fire power. When activated gives the Devastator bonus damage at a cost of mana per shot. This damage deals full when used with Supporting Fire.

Level 1: Gives +15 pure bonus damage, draining 20 mana per shot.
Level 2: Gives +25 pure bonus damage, draining 30 mana per shot.
Level 3: Gives +35 pure bonus damage, draining 40 mana per shot.
Leve 4: Gives +45 pure bonus damage, draining 50 mana per shot.

Ultimate:

Lascannon: One of the most powerful weapon in a Space Marine can carry. It shoots a devastating beam in a line in front of the marine. Beam has a 300 width. 100% at 100 range, 50% at 200 range, and 25% at 300 range (across, beam width).
Mana: 150/200/250 Cd: 90/75/60

Notes: Stats are there just for stats. I thought this hero would be more suited for range str'ing then agi or int. Comment on what skills you like better.
