so he can get absurdly powerfull...
and the first step is to make him mroe killable, and reducig the bonus damage on gorechild...

Blessing of the Blood God:
Khârn is a favorite of the Blood God khorne, and has been blessed with resilience to pain and damage, but at the cost of being forbiden from magic and psykers. When active, kharn cannot cast spells, and loses mana per second, but gains 10/16/22/28% damage reduction from all sources.
toggleable. 10/16/22/28 mana per second

gorechild:
damage (10/17/24/31 => 9/15/21/27)
crit (10/15/20/25% => 10/14/18/22%)

thats a loss of 4 damage, and 3% damage overall

This looks much better. I'd also lower his critical multiplier a little bit.
