Chief librarian of the blood angels, mephiston was once know as brother calistartius but after becoming trapped beneath a fallen building he spent 7 days and nights in the throes of the red thirst. Where other men's minds might have snapped his held firm and on the final night he emerged from the rubble, changed by resisting the thrist. Considered one of the most powerful psykers in the Imperium.

Agi-18 +1.8
Int-25 +2.5
ms 295

Innate-Might of Heros-The deadly powers of the immaterium flow into mephison granting him speed and str. When activated mephiston ganis 2/4/6/8/10 percent ms and 3/6/9/12/15 str. costs 80 mana and lasts 1/2/3/4/5 seconds. Right outa the codex.

Siffiling will
The lord of deaths will is so powerful after conquering the rage that his very pressence can thicken reality and constrict enemies.
Upon activation slows enemys ms by 5/10/15/20 % costs 5/10/15/20 mana per second in a 400 aoe 50 mana cost per activation.

Vitarus the Mind Blade-Passive
Said to be blessed with a drop of his primarchs blood the mind blade immolates its victims in psychic fire.
Melee attacks cause 5/10/15/20 dmg per second for 3 seconds.

Quickening
Librarians of the Blood Angels prefer brute force when it comes to psychic abilities. Refered to as the quickening deals massive dmg through pure psychic force. Deals 100/200/300/400 damage and stuns the target for .1/.2/.3/.4 seconds. 120 mana cost 8 sec cd 700 range

ultimate
The Gaze
Mephiston's eyes are blazing pits of despair, able to pierce the soul of those who meet his gaze. Mephiston is a powerful psyker and can break the will of any foe. Deals 50/100/150 dmg per second and holds the unit in place for 5 seconds. Mephiston cannot move during this period. 200/250/300 mana cost, 120 sec cd. 700 range

i dont really know what to do for base stats need help with that

truesight as an innate is something i want to avoid, and vision increase doesnt really affect this hero much...

i like the other skills, they seem to work well, for a sort of ganker/dps hero... (dont give him a dps innate! ...[well u can, but i suggest u dont, i dont really have influence on this tho XD])

ok, much better! a few issues...
psychic hood is already in the game Razz the current libby uses it, and it has a % chance to silence people when they cast. youll need another innate

and you have a channeling ulty and a channeling slow... dont do that Razz bad form...
my suggestion would (if i can code this) to make the slow non channeling, but cost mana per second untill you decide to stop it... (i would need to look into replacing hero skills and such... it should be possible but i still need to find out)
other than that... it looks pretty good Very Happy

ill move this to suggestions

well all the other moves i came up with from the fluff of the blood angels omnibus i dont play tt dont have any codex had to look it up on internet
anyways stifling will i made up from the fluff because in the book the main charecter is watching mephison have like a contest of wils with arkio and he talks about it being so powerful and intence he felt the atmsophere thiken and he felt it pulling at him and felt sluggish
also about him being hard to run from i tried to make it cost alot of mana so its hard to just slow them forever

no, the real reason is because you accept change alot easer than some people...
while heavy debate is good for a hero, it only works if something is goten from it

for example: it took 6 pages to get scamanders skill >.>

I feel we ought to spruce him up a bit. Increase mana costs, increase damage by modifying it based on a stat, increase cooldowns, etc. Thus, my vote for this hero will be to send it back for further fixing around.

Again, 6 levels on the innate.

Innate seems weak, first skill is lame (Too many slows!), second skill is quite harsh, but workable, third skill is too powerful (damage, mana, and cooldown wise), and the ult is quite nice, but potentially OP. It's like a copy of Psyker's ult.

its more like an ult version of the dragons hold >.> but still.

innate needs a numbers tweek
and yeah, the slow is a toggle version of keepers aura.
dot is fine
the nuke could prolly also use a numbers tweek,
and the ult is still ok enough even if it is a copy of the dragons hold Razz

if your suggesting mostly numbers tweeks it doesnt need to go back to incomplete Razz
but we prolly should come up with a fix of his first skill
