Enginseer Suoisad - TechPriest
[Story]
A heavily armored warrior from the Adeptus Mechanicus who can repair tanks and vehicles on the battlefield. They can be accompanied by up to five other 'Servitor' units, who can aid in ranged combat or repairing vehicles. Most enginseers have mechanical arms attached to their back in order to facilitate their repair work.
A Techpriest has numerous upgrades installed inside them for times of battle, when tanks and vehicles need to prepare under heavy fire or time constraints. Many Techpriests have their lungs replaced with mechanical breathers or computer upgrades in the cortex for easier compliance with the archaic machinery of the Imperium. Some of the more extreme Techpriests have their blood replaced with oil, to minimize the effects of wounds and injuries inflicted on the field of battle. Many Techpriests choose to have servo-arms installed, as an extra limb is always useful for combat and repair.
The Techpriest Enginseers are privy to the mystical secrets of the machine spirits in Imperium vehicles and are held in high regard amongst armoured companies, which are comprised primarily of vehicles. However, in most Imperial Guard armies the Techpriests are shunned because of their bionic enhancements and disfigurements.
Strength - 24 + 2
Agility - 13 + 0.5
Intelligence - 22 + 2
Hero - Range: 100 Movespeed: 300
Sentinel - Range: 275 Movespeed: 300
Innate - Servitors - The Enginseer controls several servitors to protect, repair, and if necessary sacrifice itself to save the Enginseer's life. 1/2/3/4/5/6 servitors roam around the vicinity of the Enginseer occasionally shooting nearby units for 5-6/7-8/9-10/11-12/13-14/15-16 damage, occasionally healing/repairing the Enginseer or his Sentinel for 20/30/40/50/60/70, and has a U%/V%/W%/X%/Y%/Z% to block any harmful spell cast against the Enginseer. Servitors are not target-able/selectable/command-able.
Requisition Sentinel - The Enginseer requisitions a Sentinel from the reserves and is directly commanded VIA comm-plant. The Sentinel attacks for R/S/T/U and has V/W/X/Y total health. At ability level 2, the Sentinel upgrades into an Armored Sentinel giving it increased armor. At ability level 4, the Sentinel gains the ability "Heavy Flamer" giving it the ability to auto-cast a cone effect fire attack that deals Z damage to all units in the cone.
I Bleed Oil - The Enginseer opted to have his real blood switched with oil too lubricate his mechanical parts. The Enginseer has a O%/P%/Q%/R% chance upon getting attacked to increase his attack speed by S/T/U/V for W/X/Y/Z seconds.
Servo-Arm Concussion Launcher - The Enginseer commands his servo-arm to launch a concussion grenade in a target area, stunning "all" units in target area for S/T/U/V seconds on units and W/X/Y/Z seconds on heroes. The Enginseer's mechanical upgrades allow him to ignore the concussion effect. (This ability causes no damage.)
Ultimate - Move Over! - The Enginseer enters the Sentinel connecting all of his implants directly into the machine. The Sentinel now has increased speed by O/P/Q, increased damage by R/S/T, increased health by U/V/W for X/Y/Z seconds. (The Enginseer still has the use of all his abilities and is able to use "Heavy Flamer" if "Requisition Sentinel" is level 4.)

nifty, i think effect for i bleed oil is a little off dont u think? speed increase?

Well, I was thinking at the time it would be used to running away but now that I think about it, it seems a bit weird with his skill set. You have any idea's on a new skill or suggestions on a current one (besides I Bleed Oil.)

I think this hero looks fine and should be marked as completed, but not implemented. Does anyone else have an opinion on this?
