Some idea's for some Imperial guard heroes! Who doesn't love these stoic guys.

story:
Commissars are invariably stern and uncompromising individuals, able to keep even the most anarchic regiments in line through fear, strength and power. Every regiment has one or more attached Commissars who remain with the regiment throughout its duties. Commissars are assigned to regiments by the Departmento Munitorum, which provides high-ranking commanders to Imperial Guard armies. They have authority over both the soldiers and regimental officers. Commissars have both the right and duty to immediately execute any Imperial guardsman or officer who shows cowardice or incompetence in battle. They must also ensure the regiment does not harbour the likes of Genestealer Cultists, Chaos heretics, spies, or mutants.

The medal awarded to soldiers who have suffered horrific injuries and not lost their will to fight. If the Commisar would recive a killing blow, he will be left with 1% of his hp instead. Costs 100 mana to block an killing blow. Toggleable skill.

one: Bring up the Reserves!
mechanics: normal armor takes 50% less damage from heros and spellsThe commissar calls in some reserves of guardsmen to man the front lines. Summons 4/6/8/10 guardsmen. Guardsmen have 100/175/250/325 hp, 1-3 2/4/6/8 piercing damage, 350 range, and 0 'normal' armor.
cooldown: 30/28/26/24 seconds, manacost: 150 mana.
two: Hold the Line!
The Commissar delivers an inspiring speech to nearby allies, giving them hope to keep fighting. Orders nearby creeps to hold position and gives nearby allies 2/3/4/5 bonus armor, 4/5/6/7 bonus regen, and 10/15/20/25 damage. Damage last only as long as the Hold Position order is held.
coldown: 25 seconds, duration: 15 seconds, manacost: 70/85/100/115
three: Summary Execution
notes: this is passive!!! all units are deny-able when they are at less than 150 hpCowardice is punished by death, deserters will be shot! Whenever the commisar kills an allied creep, all nearby creeps gain 10/20/30/40% attack speed, and 3/5/7/9% movement speed. If he kills allied hero, it gives double the bonus to all nearby allies. Can be activated to instantly kill a target guardsmen.

))Grass editThe Commissar singles the reserve basilisks to fire upon the target location, bombarding the area with earthshaker rounds. One round will strike the target location every .55 - 1.2 seconds, dealing 100/150/200 damage in a 250 aoe, and knocking back all units. lasts 10/14/18 seconds.

Weakest stat: Agi (Keeping proper position of those hats takes away much of their agility!)
Innate: GET CLOSER, I WANT TO HIT THEM WITH MY BLADE!: The commissar's adventurous spirit is awakened! As he calls for a chimera to pick him up: A chimera comes and picks up the commissar, it can also pickup nearby allied heros as well.. But the chimera isn't that well built for some strange reason, and collapses a bit after being summoned.
Skill 1: Guardsman: The commissar calls upon some reinforcements of guardsman to back him up, and man the front lines.. Afterall, the guardsman have RESERVES!: Calls a good several or so guardsman to fight.
Skill 2: Artillary fire, GO!: Calling upon the basilisks of the emperium of man. He has them fire several normal rounds into the enemy forces, but being inaccurate, it doesn't always account for friendly fire!: Several seconds after casting, large artillery blasts start striking the area in very random places, knockbacking anyone it hits directly, and dealing full damage to enemies, but also half damage to allies.
Skill 3: GET IN LINE MAGGOTS!: The imperial commissar see's someone fleeing from the scene of battle, making an example of him, he kills him on the spot, inspiring the rest of the troops to fight harder!...And to hopefully live to see another day: Kills a unit, giving nearby units (not heroes) a boost to their attack speed and movement speed.

good idea, change the name to maby commisar yarrick (check my post in ur chaos sorcerer thread) and make the inate a normal skill, or maby his ult... and think of a new innate... something less big

No but there's a scroll effect that has a roar like effect while giving a small life regen

LOL completely did not see that. I was somehow under the impression that it was the equivalent of close order drill...which actually wouldnt be a bad skill. Friendly units that are within 100 of commisar or a unit affected by this skill get increased damage and hitpoint regen. Perhaps artillery fire could become an ult...

Forward you dogs to victory! --> The Commissar unleashes a passionate oratory, inspiring his allies to fight harder for the sake of the Imperium. The Commissar and nearby friendly units and heroes recieved a Y% increase in movement speed and bonus armor for Z seconds.
Refractor Field --> Some Commissars are outfitted with these intricate devices, protecting them from hostile environments. Refractor Field increases the Commissar's armor by X and Magic Resistance Y%.

[HERO] Colonel-Commisar Ibram gaunt
-Commisar's "Inspiration"
Desription- Imperial guards are known for sacrificing
the guardsmen that cannot do their job efficiently to
inspire the others around him
*innate effect- Ibram sacrifices target unit causing
every allied unit in 700 aoe to gain 10/20/30/40/50% damage
and 1/2/3/4/5 armor for 10/10/12/12/14 seconds.
-Camo-Cloak
Desription- Ibram's cloak is made out of special material
that greatly increases his cover
*Effect- when activated ibram gaines 10/15/20/25% evasion
for 4/6/8/10 seconds
-Sword of Heironymo
Description- A powerful blade gifted to ibram for his
valiant efforts at the battle for the city of vervunhive
*Effect- Ibram gets 2/2/4/5 dmg for every allied unit in
a 550 aoe and a 2/5/7/10% per kill to gain 0.75/1/1.25/1.5 str
-Leader
Desription- Ibram always leads his assaults at the very
front and rallies his men to his side
*Effect- ibram summons 2/4/6/8 guardsmen to his side
each has 350 range 175 health 0 armor and does 15-18 damage
-Artillery barrage
Desription- Being at the fron-lines ibram has the
ability to call in an artillery bombardment on a certain area
*Ultimate Effect- ibram orders artillery to fire 5/10/15
shells that land in random places in a 700 aoe each shell does
125/150/175 damage and then 40/60/80 aoe these shells dont know
enemy from foe and damage everything they hit

well u dont haev to make em commisars lol jsut can use some of same skills lol tht summon can be for any1 all ig mass haha :-P or the dmg buff for each ally nearby
