this will serve as a list of items, heros, or any other random ideas that i might wanna implement at a later date
(will prolly be updated often enough)

HEROS:
imperium:

Jain'zar, Howling Banshee Phoenix Lord (focus on speed, also carry? -ag) (acrobatic, banshee howl, furios charge, executioner/triskele/mirror swords)
Eldar Warlock(that hero warlock form the 3rd ed. codex) (offensive spellcaster -agi/int) (destructor, enhance, conceal? embolden)
Eldar Warp Spider Exarch (focus on teleportation and surprise -agi): jump: low(2-3) cd blink, 20% chance to lose 5% of current hp (surprise assault, withdraw)

Scout captain/eldar pathfinder (basic sniper Razz, long range, powerful single shots, stealth, exploiting weakness... might be int)
Inquisitor (no ideA -str/int)
gray knight grand master
st. celistine - living saint
Shrike, captain (focus on fast strikes -str/agi) (wow, lots of eldar XD)

Orks:
Ork Nob (focus on str?)
Ork Commando (stealth... trapper? -int/str)
Ork Tank Busta (no idea -str/agi)
Ork Flash Git (gunz! -str/agi)
Ork Storm Boy (no ideA -agi/str)
Ork Burna Boy (DoT, flame... duhh Razz) burna fuel: adds DoT to the burna boys attacks and spells
Chaos Defiler (again... no idea... -str)
Skreemer killer, Tyranid Carnifex (Tank, slow powerful attacks? -str)
necron nightbringer ( umm... powerful? XD)
necron deciever ( focus on,... decieving... no wai)

ITEMS
movement:
Eldar Bike (from jet pack) (more ms, agi and armor)
Marine Bike (from jet pack) (mor ms, str and armor)

weapons:
power fist (from power weapon) (+++str, ++dmg, --atkspeed)
thunder hammer (from power fist) (+++str, +++dmg, --atkspeed, frost orb)

Armor:
termi armor (from power armor) gives: 10 armor, 15 str, maby 300 hp? need ideas on the end effect for this
phoenix lord armor: 25 agi, 7 armor, 50 attackspeed. Eternal warrior skill: like shalow grave from dota?

Accessories:
Eldar Soul Stone (int,regen?)
Eldar Mandiblaster (dmg? atkspeed?)
familiar (++int)

for the lightning claws, you could have something like fire claws and then combine to make elemental claws or something. I know you wanna stick to Warhammer as much as possible but just an idea.

Tank busta should be able to plant mines and basicaly just do big aoe dmg.

thunder hammer, really bro? why would a THUNDER hammer have FORST orb lol, sorry man that made me laugh. But instead it could have purge, where you have a chance on hit to purge the unit slowing move speed and or atk speed.

the dragon exarch should be just pure dps or a dps tank. Ill post some more stuff some other time, cause im going to bed.

im gona avoid the elemental claws Razz
and kk on the hero ideas

and thunder hammer Razz in tabletop, if the target survives it hits at init 1 next turn, their shocked and stunned Razz itll use the frost orb, but most likely not the frost effect Razz... or alternitavly (wish i could spell) ill just use the new orb of lightning...

and other idea: im eventually gona put in a dummy item that takes a weapon slot, for two handed weapons.... as soon as i can figure out how to get around cheating by picking up the two handed last

new thought: should i get rid of the dmg bonus, or most of it, from all the atribute weapons? cause if something like the thunder hammer is gona give like... +25 str, and +25 dmg... does that seem like a bit much? (just throwing out numbers... realistically its gona be more)

Yeah i thought you wouldn't like the claws idea. But for the thunder hammer, are you saying its going to do the same thing has a frost orb would with the slow but have the animation as something like purge?

and for the attributes, it kind of depends more on your heroes main stat. Most heroes in the map right now is str based. so if you keep the what each stat gives you. say..1 str gives your hero +1 dmg, you could change it so instead, every 2 points in str will give you hero +1 dmg. Also theres the health bonus you get for having more points in str. You get what i mean?

For the Warp spider, by far the most annoying unit in warhammer. You could give him blink, or a mass teleport type spell, maybe, sort of like the spell that pit lord has in Dota.

and for the two handed weapons. Ive seen somewhere where if you already have a 1 handed weapon in your inventory you cannot use a 2 handed weapon and vice versa. The dummy item, could work. But I think it would piss me off because that item slot could have been used for something else like those mana regen runes you have.

An item you could add could me something with more hp regen, or maybe you could have a recipe that improves that gear thingy you already have (dont remember what its called) the one that costs 350 gold and gives hp regen and a bit of str bonus.

ya thats the idea for the thunderhammer, either that or id use the new orb of lightning, which is a %chance to purge... we'll see... its only an idea for now Razz
clarification: its like the grot prod

and actually most heros are devided between str and int Razz theres 6 int, 4 str, and 1 agi Razz but i guess not all str heros will get the sword of secrets, and not all agi heros will get the lightning claws and stuff...

warpspider: well i have this idea, in tabletop, the jump generator moves u 2d6, but if u get doubles, u die... so im thinking like a really low cd blink, that takes some of your max/current hp to use... just an idea, other than that... hes got for exarch abilities, hit and run, and surprise assault... work with that, or a death spinner for a weapon... make it like a ranged harle's kiss... or a highpowered single target nuke... dunno...

the thing is u can have 2 weapons, so i cant think of a way to disable two weapons without the dummy item, im thinking to put all the weapons into the two-handed weapon catagory, so that u cant have a two handed weapon if u have a weapon... ya that would work... kk Very Happy

and im planning on adding a Narthecium (used by apothicaries, its their medi-kit) itll have a bigger regen rate, and maby either a healing aura, or a targeted heal.
also wraithbone armor has regen in it. i might make it an upgrade of bionics... maby a seperate item...

Or for the warp spider, you could have the blink maybe do a bit of damage to the area you blink to? Just thought that would be cool. Dont know if you already have but, PUT IN BURNA BOYZZ!!!!! love those guys lol.

Also you could have "Hero Specific" Items. Like, an item that increases the Percent chance of Warphead's Ult to proc.

Typhus- Host Of The Destroyer Hive (str)
Feel no pain- 65% to reduce dmg 15/20/25/30
Manreaper- passive increas dmg by 10/20/30/40 then 45% cleave dmg
Nurgles Rot- reduce enemy ms by 10/15/20/25% armor by 1/2/3/4 and hp regen by 1/2/3/4
Wind Of Chaos- Breath of fire doing 80/160/240/320
(ult)Destroyer Hive- Locust swarm with each locust doing 50/75/100

Lucius- The Eternal Warrior (agi)
Armor Of Shrieking Souls- Return 10/20/30/40% dmg to attackers
Lash Of Torment- When atkd target loses 1/2/3/4 dmg per atk
Doom Siren- Shockwave doing 80/160/240/320
Swordmaster's speed- incread as/ms by 10/20/30/40%
(ult) Dance Of Slaanesh- Attack target enemy 4/8/12 times doing 50 dmg each hit

Kharn- The Betrayer
Furious Charge- Increase ms by 10/20/30/40% for 6 secs and make next atk do 50/100/150/200 more dmg
Mark Of Khorne- icrease ms by10/20/30/40% and as by 15/20/25/30% and damage taken by 35% for 15 secs
Gorechild- increase dmg by 10/20/30/40 and gives a 10/15/20/25% to do x2 dmg
Blessing Of The Blood God- reduce magic dmg taken by 15/25/35/45%
(ult)More Blood For The Blood God!- Increases armor by 3/6/10 damage by 15/30/45 hp regen by 2/4/6 and magic immune for 6/10/14 secs

im thinking for typhus, get rid of winds of chaos...
for feel no pain, is it.. reduce dmg to 15, or reduce dmg by 15
manreaper is good
rot, make it a progessive aura, the longer there in it, the more debuf they get
is destroyer hive permenent?

lucius, i dont have the codex Razz so he seems fine, im thinking of doing away with doom siren... armro might actually add armor, maby lash should be %'s speed could be 10/20/30/40 atk, and 4/8/12/16 ms

kharn, make furious charge passive, and whenever he is moving to attack something, start adding bonuses... or make it active and mix it with mark of chorn, or change gorchild in there something
and make mroe blood for the blood god stacking, get rid of the magic imune (hes got resist alraedy) and make it trigger on spells or something, or when hes attacked... or something

haha interesting and its reduce dmg by 15/20/25/30 and lash reduces opponents atks by 1 in close combat so thts why i got tht idea and haha ill think bout new things for kharn

i liked kharn the most Razz

im thinking furious charge, gorechild or mark of khorn, blessing of the blood god, and blood for the blood got

furious charge: targets an enemy unit, has his colision disabled, and any movement control disabled and increased damage taken, increased movement speed, and upon reaching the target, gets bonus damage for one hit, and bonus attackspeed for 5? seconds, like lots of atackspeed.

Gorechild: as is

blesing of the blood god: as is, maby incorperate his feel no pain in there,

blood for the blood god: activates whenever he kills a unit, and when he casts charge, stacks

i just realised something: there mostly all passive Razz

haha yeah mainly cause i was thinking of the lore and kharn HATES magics all world eaters or followers of khorne do and we could do tht with his ult kinda liek the avi's ult jsut diff states and btw u can give it to him but kharn doesnt have feel no pain in the dex but like i said feel free to add it

i know i told you i did that purposely kharn HATES magic so i didnt want to give him castable things trust me it'll be fine ive playe dMANY aos's where heroes have only passives and they still wreck
