El'Brukael The Devourer. REMADE

*El'Brukael* stats.
Str based.
Str:25 +2.7 per lvl.
Agi:23 +1.8 per lvl.
Int:14 +1.1 per lvl.
Base damage: 57-65.
Base armour: 4.
Story;
Born human in the Warp itself, El'Brukael was raised by terrors and Daemons that would have any being turned insane within a matter of moments, being born among these beings rendered El'Brukael immune to such horror.
Proving himself by breaking Khorne Beserker champions, with his uncanny ability to channel pain and suffering into an offensive fighting style, he earned himself a name, and a place in the Chaos forces.
He is now known as The Devourer, and has unnoficially taken the late Commanders place; the Inheritor.
Bringing his own pain to the battlefield, El'Brukael is a horror to face, and as many now know, incredebly painful to die by his hand.

Skills:
helped a little on the spaces
Skill one; The hero gains some sort of 'points' from being attacked/having spells cast on it. One attack = 1p, while a spell = 2p.
Each point deals 25dmg, and a .25 sec ministun.
1, can store up to 6p.
2, can store up to 8p.
3, can store up to 12p.
4, can store up to 16p.
Spell two, this should be a passive.
The hero gains more damage and takes less, this spell requires 'points'.
1, 10 dmg , blocks 15. Activates at 3p.
2, 20 dmg , blocks 20. Activates at 6p.
3, 30 dmg , blocks 25. Activates at 9p.
4, 40 dmg , blocks 30. Activates at 12p.
*Note* If the hero does'nt have enough for the higher leveled passive, it goes down to whatever level it has enough points to sustain.
Spell three,
(damage dealing, drains 'p'.)The hero makes a link to a target unit, dealing damage and gaining points.
1, Lasts 7 secs, drains 1p per sec, deals 45 dmg per sec.
2, lasts 10 secs, drains 1p per sec, deals 65 dmg per sec.
3, lasts 13 secs, drains 2p per sec, deals 95 dmg per sec.
4, lasts 16 secs, drains 2p per sec, deals 125 dmg per sec.
Note on the drain: Perhaps this hero should have a high base ms in order to keep up with fleeing heroes.
ULTIMATE: The hero targets a hero, causing it to relive the damage it had dealt to it in the past few seconds, and slow it. 20% slow that lasts for 6 secs.
1, Dmg in past 3 secs.
2, Dmg in past 4 secs.
3, Dmg in past 5 secs.

Holy mother of the Emperor, spell three's absurd.
Let's do the mathcraft.
125 * 16 = 2000 damage. At level 4. Meaning that at level 7, with a slow or stun, you do ridiculous amounts of damage. And even if it is channelling, that's crazy.
Lower the damage a tad. oo; Points are fine, though.

And his innate:
El'Brukael gains 2 str/agi/int for each 2p he has. Once he has reached his maximum 'p' now 30, he gains damage for each attack he has endured. 3 damage per attack, 4 for a spell. Damage bonus lasts for 15 seconds.
Note on spell 3;
1, lats 7 secs.

Innate will need to be tweaked because he'll have +60 str, int, and agil if he just chooses to save up his points. You need to space it out, like he'll gain .25/.5/1/1.5/2 at max level.
No offense, ne, but he seems pretty boring *SORRY*. For a Chaos Possessed Berserker, I'd expect some bloody skills or a skill where he rushes in and flails about, destroying everything.
I do like your fluff though, it's imaginative.
You also need to elaborate on skill 1. Does the ministun still exist or is it a pure damage nuke?
