Kharn - The Betrayer; Remake
seing as how even kharn(his creator) says he needs a rework, heres some ideas
Innate:
Mark of Khorn => Blood for the Blood God
every enemy kharn kills builds up a rage inside him, untill he unleashes it all and enters a berzerker state
(works kinda like the warboss' innate), when activated, kharn gains +3/4/5/6/7/8%dmgias, 1/2/2/3/3/4% ms, 1/1/1/2/2/2 armor, and 1/2/3/4/5/6 regen per unit killed since its last activation, max of 75% damageattack speed, 20% ms, 15 armor, and 30 regen
charge and gorechild remains unchanged
blessing of the blood god no longer cancels when a spell is cast
ult:
blood for the blood god => betrayers rage
Kharn is known as 'The Betrayer' due to his sudden moments of pure rage, destroying all that stands in his way -friend or foe alike.
when activated, kharn gains a 50% chance to maim his targets, slowing by 15/20/25%, and dealing 30/40/50 damage per second for 3 seconds and gains a max stack of Blood for the Blood God, but becomes unallied and treats every order as an attack order for the duration
lasts 6/8/10 seconds, manacost: 100, cooldown: 60/50/40

I think Rage should increase attack speed and give do a maim that has a higher chance to do what you said and also a lesser chance to cause a rupture on the target, so if they are able to sneak their way through creep after the initial attack, they'll still suffer damage.

Hmmm... while I personally dislike rupture skills after seeing Wailing Doom, it could work on this, especially since it's on an ulti, would be a % chance of activating, and you're hard to control.

oh and should blood for the blood god's damage be changed to ias?

I honestly have no idea, but based on how you're phrasing that, I'll guess no 
What do you mean? Change the DPS to an IAS reduction, or an IAS gain?
If the latter, I'm not big on it, but it could work.

should get get bonus dmage or bonus ias?

Either one works. I prefer dmg, but IAS is more useful.

actually, dmg is more usefull, because ias gets less beneficial the more u have

depends on the... no your right... (cept lifesteal -that just enjoys overall dps, and corruption, cause it doesnt stack XD)

Wow... + up to 8% IAS per unit... what's really impressive about this is that it maxes at 75% damage buff. His rage is so great it defies the very programming of the game.
