Passivley gives Arkos +A/B/C/D/E/F% dmg reduc from normal attacks (takes 100% from spells).
When active, grants Arkos Immolation, burns enemy units in 200 AoE for A/B/C/D/E/F dps.
Immolation hurts Arkos for A/B/C/D/E/F dps while active, but also makes him Spell Immune for duration.

Arkos fires a burst from his boltgun, then unleashes a stream of liquid fire at the target.
Deals A/B/C/D dmg for boltgun. 600/700/700/800 range.
Flamer deals A/B/C/D dmg and reduces armor by E/F/G/H for I/J/K/L seconds.
Target must be within 300/325/375/400 for Flamer to take effect.
