more than that Razz then a unit would be stuned every attack Razz or almost...
prolly closer to .7 ish

Is the strangling a root or a stun? Because then every .7 seconds, an enemy is rooted/stunned for 1 second xD


Might need to make the stun .75 seconds and the cooldown 1 second.

well, creeps trigger it too... so 1v1 itll rape (which means ill change it) and in crowds its much mroe managable

Passive wouldn't solve the problem, not to mention a stun every second as a passive is kind of crazy, even if it is a mini-stun.

well, should be moved to the dev topic... but u cant make it active target Razz cause that would be hard to keep up (with the 1 second cooldown and all Razz)
and why should it be toggle? it ends up being the same thing

Well, toggle at least drains mana (AKA isn't permanent!).

That being said, when I meant active, I meant the skill going off and doing these effects for a set duration after being activated (Then the skill itself having a higher cooldown, with just the lashes having a 1 sec CD when the skill is active.)

Seriously, a 1 sec CD auto-ministun is a buff to a hero we're trying to nerf. Let's not do like what happened with Asurmen Razz

well, he loses his 36% damage reduction, his 6 second cd 250 aoe nuke, and gets a heavily nerfed ult Razz
he loses abunch of what makes him such a scary dps hero, and in turn gains a different sort of survivability skill (that is only insanly op in a 1v1 situation, which means i could increase the cooldown to something like .... 1.5, and make it last something like .65 seconds)
but a toggle doesbnt make 100% sense to me... (and toggles dont have to drain mana Razz thats what i was thinking)

I say let's let the skills stand a bit for now until we get into testing the new lucius (probably for .46-.47). No harm done that way, and if he gets too powerful, we'll fix it.

Ah, I see he's for .45. Didn't know.

As for Lash...
I would even prefer it not stun at all. Just interrupt an attack in progress, but allow them some control to move or cast a spell. That'd be like a .25 second stun every 1 second or so.

well, i could silence attacks for ~.5 seconds? and super slow them... so that can still cast, but not attack, and movement sucks alot more
and this way, we can up the duration because thats alot less powerful then a stun

or, when i was thinking stun, i really ment ensnare/roots kinda skill, not stormbolt kinda skill

i meant wheover attacked him got rooted as opposed to storm bolted....
and if your talking about whats the activation range of it? same as current. (ie, if hes attacked at all >.>)
