just putting forward an idea, this has been accepted generally, and so I'm gonna form this into a more concrete idea
stats: same
ms: same
Innate: Armor of Shrieking Souls
(general description of armor) Lucius' armor houses the souls of those that have slain him over the millennia. Lucius has a manner of control over these spirits and is able to summon a screaming wave of sonic energy to smash over his foes. Deals damage and stunning foes in a line in front of Lucius. damage and stun is less the farther the target is away from Lucius. equal to .5xAgi + 1.5xInt and stuns for 1 second up to 100 range, dealing less damage and stun up to 10% at (max-> 800?) range.
cooldown: 6 seconds
manacost: ~100
Dance of Slaanesh:
(general description of Lucius' speed, agility, and invincibleness)
Lucius gains max attack speed and movespeed and becomes invulnerable for 1.75/2.3/3.85/4.4 seconds. Lucius also attacks enemies with such speed that they feel the effects of his blows 2/3/4/5 more times, taking an additional 10 damage per extra strike
cooldown: 20 seconds
manacost: 130/155/180/205 mana
Lash of Torment:
Lucius carries his favored power weapon in the form of a saber, and the daemonic lash of torment which writes with a sentient malice for all living beings. When Lucius is damaged or when he attacks a target the lash of torment reaches out and snares the unit for .75 seconds, slowing it by 50% and making it unable to attack. then Lucius counterattacks with a stong slash from his power weapon, dealing 50/60/70/80% of the taken damage.
(internal cooldown of 1.35 seconds)
martial pride remains unchanged
(or, possibly make it a toggle that deals increased damage to heroes but reduces damage vs buildings and creeps)
ult; The Eternal
Lucius is never truly killed, those that slay him in combat, should they feel any pride for the kill, will find themselves slowly and painfully transforming into Lucius, becoming absorbed into his armor and becoming just another soul. Whenever Lucius is killed, his killer will suffer pure damage equal to its current life over 30 seconds. should the killer die for any reason during this duration, Lucius will be reborn from his killer, gaining 5/6/7% of the killers strength and intelligence.
cooldown: 200/170/140 seconds
(math: level 25 Ahriman, Lucius would gain ~7+ int... thats alot...)

Getting a stacked lucius gives me..
101 strength
151 agility
90 intelligence.
So a max level innate would do..
76+135 =211 damage, which is about right.

and for every arhiman kill u get, u gain an additional 7 int! which is about 10 damage... so we'll see, but i think it works

ok, new idea.... *just* cause i want to see this coded and it would look cool (imo)

it becomes an active skill that lasts... lets say 2.75/3.3/3.85/4.4 seconds (or some relitivly short period of time), and when active, lucius becomes invulnerable, gains max movespeed and ias, and whenver he attacks, he gets a sort of... 'ghost attacking' effect where X amount of ghost copies would also attack the target...
ok thats a really terrible explanation... but it would be like whever lucius attacks, the target would take 2/3/4/5 extra attacks, and these attacks would come from copies (kinda like the harlequin movement effect, but instead of for movement, they would attack the target), and deal a fixed ammount of damge
i know, its possible that this skill doesnt fit lucius... but i would really like to incorperate this effect into a hero, and he seemed like the best candidate

ok, so... about The Eternal... the DoT by itself will *never* kill a hero... should i add some sort of bonus damage... like... current life + X% or current life + 60/80/100.... or should i assume that outside sources will accomplish the extra damage needed to kill the unit

I do think it should do damage, but just minimal over time. Maybe fit it so that the enemy hero takes damage untill lucius revives, and if he dies before the timer runs out, lucius will spawn from his corpse. This gives outside creeps the chance to throw the hero over the edge, or put a hero out of action to deny the other team a quick revive.

Well actually, if it does damage = to current life at the time of death over 30 seconds, then by itself it can't kill due to regen anyway. Creeps, towers, and other heroes can help though.
Also, if it was a really close call (say you bring the other hero to 300 HP), then that's really only 10 DPS.
So basically, yeah, maybe a bit more damage would be good.

i was thinking something like 103/106/109% of current life
or current life + 5% of max... or something...
i dunno... i dont want to make it a guaranteed kill... but having it as is almost seems useless...

assume... 1k current life... you would deal 1500 damage. that is pretty much a guaranteed kill whenever u die... too much!
