ok, for anvil of war...

i can code him as an exception in any displacement skills (cause there arent a whole lot that dont use knockback - view the void, and pavane of slaanesh off the top of my head)

but it wont really work as well as you would like it for view the void... cause you want it to be a %chance to ignore the effects... and void does a per-tick check of units that can be dragged... this skill would have a 25% chance to ignore each tick of view the void, so he wouldnt be dragged as much, but he woudl still be dragged.

as to the ignoreing slows... can i just remove all debuffs when his ms drops below his base? thats the easiest way to do it.
"while his movespeed is below (base ms), has a 25/50/75/100% on being damaged to have all debuffs removed"

i dont think that making him imune to corruption effects is possible >.>

and i definatly dont like the new mantle.
keep the old anti-knckback/slow one... cause limiting him to 300 ms is... really bad
