ok, since his ult and innate are kinda mostly boring... (cmon everyone agrees), im proposing these changse:

innate: the spawns gain a minor stacking immolation (and i still need to look into what the 'pink fire of tzeentch' does in TT just a flamethrower...)
model changed to sludge flinger (thanks deus) and tinted red. have a fast attack that bounces like 3 times (looks more flamer-like that way)
at inate level 3 they gain the following ability:
split - "Where once was one, now there is two. Where once was pink, now there is blue" When a horror dies, it splits into two lesser blue horrors. each half as strong as the previous one.
at innate level 6 they gain the level one innate (allowing them to spawn horrors from the enemies that they kill)
Spoiler:
Ability Type: Passive: Unit Spawn.
Targets: Unit: Enemy Units.
Duration: 25 Seconds.

The Lord of Change brings chaos and mutation wherever he goes, causing his victimes to become hapless horrors. When the Lord of Change kills an enemy, a Chaos Horror will spawn from its corpse.
Horrors deal 15 stacking damage per second to nearby enemies.
Horrors have the Split ability which causes them to split into two lesser Blue Horrors upon death.
Horrors have level 1 Herald Of Change

[Innate: This skill is given at level one, and will level up once per 2 points put into the 'Atribute Bonus' skill]


terror: use the method of fear that the flayed one has (wont change much... but itll make the effect more natural, instead of ordering untis to move every .5 seconds XD)

ult: make the black spot that comes with the ult slow enemies by X% and deal X damage over time on the area (values wont be very high) the effects last a *long* time (150 seconds) and there will be a minor effect of the undead hero death skulls to show that the effect is still there. initial stun time on the ult will be reduced to account for the slow, the damage remains unchagned because the initial damage isnt that high

Ability Type: Active: AoE Stun
Targets: Ground: Enemy Units.

The Lord of Change warps the target location, causing all manner of daemonic changes and apperations. Units caught in the area are initially terrified and imobilized, taking damage and being stuned. The target location becomes inhospitible for 150 seconds, dealing damage over time and slowing any enemies caught in the area.

Level 1 - 2 second stun, 100 damage. 12% slow, 20 dot.
Level 2 - 2.5 second stun, 150 damage. 16% slow, 30 dot.
Level 3 - 3 second stun, 200 damage. 20% slow, 40 dot.

Cooldown: 100/85/70 seconds.
Manacost: 200 mana.

Seeing how your doing that then, maybe tone down the stun on his ult? I think its silly how he has two stuns...

Seeing as it's the Oracle, maybe some future predicting abilities? It almost just looks like a standard lord of change rather then the one who can predict the future.

this is a case of having a generic hero take a specific name. its a generic LoC and its only called the oricle because i needed a name

The current build doesn't really rely on illusion / trickery (well, I guess stuns could be "trickery"), like M'Kachan. Then again, the build AND the model don't fit the Oracle (he has two heads and is old as hell, granted the model now doesn't look anything like any LoC... needs to be more bird-like). Anyway, I've never heard of Sathorael..

Maybe have a 'phantom lancer' effect from dota on the hellspawns? That should be tricksy enough.

stacking immolation, and at a higher level they duplicate illusions that have a lower stacking immolate? That or they explode on death, dealing aoe damage, and if a unit is killed by this, it spawns another horror. That being said whenever i see LoC playing, i never see his spawns live long enough to do anything realistic, exept maybe farm.

They are rather good for pushing, especially when he has the Winds of Chaos item.
They're pretty good vs outposts too.

Off topic- Possible new model for the Horror could be one of the Sludges (Minion / Flinger / Monstrosity), they look alot more like what a Horror is supposed to, atleast more than those Spiders..

Would just need to edit the color of the Sludge's skin to Pink.. Multiple flailing appendages, a large, gaping mouth.. Pretty much looks like a Horror except that Horrors have legs, and the Sludge doesn't..

Make pink horrors at level 3-5 ability die and split into blue flamers? The sludges could be the flamers, and anything pink could be the horrors. It'd also be a good reason to actually UPGRADE the skill.
