well, just a random idea that i thought out... it makes the user faster by slowing down everything around it, making it seem like its moving faster.
im well aware this might not be well accepted, but w/e XD didnt take much time to think up

math: 9% of 300 (average ms) is 27. so by itself, u move slower than you would with just a jetpack
when near other units, your moving 9% faster than every other unit because of the slow aura... so in effect... compared to other heroes...
you gain effective 54 ms... just lower than wings (which are 2900)

nope. this same item is in the suggestions forum... it jsut used all 4 marks instead of just slaanesh mark

The bonus movement speed needs to be increased. As an item, it's hardly better than a jetpack. Make it perhaps 15%/-15%?

9%/-9% is already epic.

for 300 base heroes, u get 27 ms which is 3 less than a jetpack... but when your around other heroes, its like u get 54 ms, which is 6 less than swooping hawk wings.
not to mention it stacks with other ms boosts, and is better if you have higher than standard ms.

its an epic chasing item too, cause it adds armor to shrug off creep hits, and magic regen for any chasing spells.

That would be the initial reason for it grass ^^ that being said should it have a higher cost? I mean if Kandras had swoopers, and all those other agi-movespeed items, he could easily have near maximum movespeed.

this is a movement item, u cant get it with swooping or jet pack or warp jump generator

i think this item idea is a very good one

Hm, did i miss something? Movement item is a category now? Zzz im not in the mood for this... Kk, maybe we can have some sort of 'upper recepie' for this item, to make it more worth the inventory space? (DO NOT CHANGE THE MOVESPEED %!!!)

notice how u cant buy more than one jetpack? cause movement is a catagory XD
