Possible Hero Changes
As I played some of the heros in the map I came to some things which I feel could be changed for the better.
For the Necron Lord: after playing him I agree that lightning field would be improved by turning it into an immoliation-type (togglable spell), I also feel that his ult should silence if it does not already
For the Harlequin: I really feel that Dance of Death would be best if the damage was switched to agility-based because at the moment (without items) the ability maxes out at level 25 (with attribute bonus included) to 205 damage per hit which is almost nothing at that stage and considering the fact that it only does 67 damage at level 1 means that it is never particularily good.
For Kharne: With his ult right now it would require at total of 20 kills to deal maximum potential damage. This means that he would have to finish every single creep in 4 waves (without letting a full 15 seconds go by without a kill) in order to max out the potential of his spell. Therefore I would ask for the percentage a single kill improves the hero to increase with each level or for the spell to be replaced. (possibly by a cleave/pulverize that hurts your allies as well by a reduced amount)
For the Fire Dragon: As previously stated, for his melta ability i feel that the fact taht it deals 0 damage at max range should be fixed somehow (perhaps reducing the range and making it do 25% at max).

gaze = affect spell targets
veil of darkness = slow/dmg?
for the harle... add some str items not to mention, omni slash is an ult... it does 150-250 dmg, and has a... 120? second cd... this does from 67 - 200 dmg over the course of the game... before items... and has a.. 9? second cd

Would request changing rez chance (when it works) to:
% chance = 2.5 * 2 ^ (level of skill - 1)
The spread would go: 2.5, 5, 10, 20, 40, 80.
Would also be interested to know the system for Kharne's ult.

well, considering that in most circumstances... players dont level attribute bonus till last... you would need to wait till level... 21? to get a decent chance...

oh, and cause i never really answered the kharn's ult... and yes this is several months later, but oh well...
its a roar skill with 20 levels, every time a unit is killed a unit is spawned on kharn and roars.
the way its set up... i would have to make 3 diff roar skills, one for each of the levels... which is way to much bother, specially considering how ez it is for him to stack bonuses
