Should we try and get 40k AoS on Garena?

I dont see why not, it fits under the role of war3 rpg, the question is should we?

Would people actually play it actively though you think? I don't know much of garena's popularity. Only used it to play left4dead.

i dont play on garena... so i wouldnt have much help in tehre... if u guys wanna spread it then sure! but i cant be of any help there

Garena is quite huge frankly, and is everything battle.net isent. Anyone can host, provided you have good enough internet, and specialised servers, 50 odd regions such as oceana, mongolia etc. I'll post the idea on their forums, and can you give me a link to the latest 40k map so I can post that also in the forum?

i would prefer honestly that the game stay on bnet, even though its obvious that ur already trying to get it on garena. The reason i say this is, if we can't get it somewhat popular and hosted on a bnet what chance do we have on something like garena?

because trying two places is better than tryone one?

if your applying for a job, do you continuously apply at the same place or do you go to several different places?

yes but when you are just trying something out its better for it to be successful first, i would rather be well known in one place than known as a failure in two.

The people at Garena are more professional than on bnet... Meaning that they all like the game better than the people on Bnet, which is why I am introducing it to different gaming platforms.

And we aren't just trying to get people to play. We need more people to help develop, and we need a modeler. So looking in more than just b-net greatly increases our chances to find people. And how interested are people over there Blood? It's been a couple of months since you did it.

Well i think that the more people you have that wanna play, the more people will see obvious flaws and want to help improve the game. And to the whole being "professional" thing, i think there are way more "professional" map makers and modelers on bnet than any game platformer. Garena is huge, but a large chunk of their community is also playing more high end games. So there is only a small percentage of them playing WcIII, and an even smaller percentage of them could be considered useful to map making.
