The starting health of the Autrach is so low Sad
hes got about as much as a ork choppa boy/ assult marine

increase health

decrease cool down on aoe/ stun ability

decrease passive/ ping ability by a few seconds.

alot of heros start with low ish hp Razz

surgical strike is very powerful Razz whats the cd now? 18? i might reduce a second or two...

and ya i thought so too...
