oh that might be a good idea.
0/750 mana to start.
has the Siphon Soul, Warp Vortex, and Possession abilities.
Siphon Soul: target any unit to drain 50 + %missing mana per second from it. (like the life drain proposed ult, 50% missing = 50+50 mana drain) 0 manacost, 10 second cooldown. channeling
Warp Vortex: pulls all units *very slowly* towards yourself. If they reach you, they are transported to the target location. channeling. 300 manacost, 10 second cooldown.
Possession: take control of target creep. If the Daemonhost respawns while the creep is controlled, kills the creep and the Daemonhost spawns from the creep instead of the base. 500 manacost.
either a 30 second cooldown, or kills the soul to control the creep like ladder possession.
edit: all these skills have infinate duration

Innate looks fine.
Temptations of the Warp:
Numbers are too long on the hold for the effects it does. Either tone down the mana drain, seeing as you're getting rid of 36% of their mana automatically once the spell starts, or tone down the duration on the hold.
Call: Damage looks fine at first, although the combination of a hold and a pull will make people get really mad.
Reknit: You fixed the numbers for this earlier, so update them and it'll be fine.
Ult: Should the daemon spirit have a magical/chaos attack?

Well, ill tone down the hold. Im personally in favor of the damage being more important. I dont want him to perma disable too much.
What was the fix we did on reknit? off the top of my head i dont remember it.

2/3/4/5 damage per 75 mana burned? It's somewhere in your topic (page 2, I think).

Kk, Well ill edit it in. Anything else that i can fix imediately? What should i set the hold/damage to in your opinion?

Keep holds at 2-3 seconds. Damage is still fine, it's 18% of their mana, which isn't such a bad number. Sucks against strength heroes, excels against casters.
