Sammael, Master of the Ravenwing!
Innate:Jump Bike Deployment:
Sammeal is famous for his deployment ability, once piloting his jet bike out of a thunderhawk that was plummeting in flames from the sky to land in the command area of the heretics that shot him down. Sammel marks a targeted area in his vision range, and launches himself towards it, ( Same ability as the Swooping Hawk Wings) but landing with a concussive blast. It has a Cost of 300/275/250/225/200/175 Mana, with a 90 Second cool down. Causes a 200 Aoe stun for 1 Second, and slows all affected by 10%. Deals 50/60/70/80/90/100 Damage in the aoe.
Plasma Cannon: Active, Targeted:
The jet-bike Sammael rides has an under slung plasma cannon which he uses to terrifying effect as he closes. Deals 100/200/300/400 Damage to the target, and splashes for 200 Aoe. The damage also destroys 10/20/30/40% of any affected unit's armor for 3/4/5/6 Seconds. Costs: 100/150/200/250 Mana, with a 15 Second Cooldown.
Skillfull Rider: Passive:
Passively increases Sammeal's movement speed by 10/20/30/40 ms. Whenever Sammeal passes through or comes into melee range with an enemy hero or creep, the exhaust from his bike ignites the ground under them, causing a 2/3/4/5 damage per second flame each second he is in contact with that target. The flames persist for 5 seconds.
Tether the Fallen: Active, Targeted, Disable
Only the most foolhardy attempts to flee having to repent under the sword of Sammeal. Puts down four tethers within melee range of Sammeal, targeting the target unit within range. The unit is dragged into the center and held there for 4+ Number of remaining tethers. The tethers have 1 Hp, but 50% Evasion. The targeted hero is silenced while at least one tether remains. Each level passively adds one second to the base hold, making the time held 4/5/6/7 Seconds + Remaining tethers. Costs 175/200/225/250 Mana.
Ultimate: The Raven Sword: Active
The raven sword is a mastercrafted power sword wielded by the masters of the ravenwing. It has brought down thousands of fallen and traitors since the Ravenwing was created. Sammeal temporarily becomes uncontrollable as he launches himself at his targeted enemy, slashing at him again and again, with greater and greater vigor. The ability sends the biker after the target with doubled movement speed, and attack speed that increases by 5% with each strike he makes while the ability is in effect. He gains a 50% evasion while the effect is active due to the speed he is traveling at.The ability lasts for 10/11/12 Seconds with a mana cost of 250. Cooldown is 30 Seconds. He ignores pathing while this ability is in effect, and can not be slowed or stunned.

That just seems like a total BS hero to me. Like something someone would pick and regret. I suggest like... reworking stuff.

Ok, Here we go for some polish:
Innate:
The Ravenwing in times long past had fielded entire squadrons of jet bites, now only the master rides the last working bike.
Grants a 700 long Straight jump, or less if target is closer, with Sammael using his engines to blast the area with superheated air and his own concussive arrival. Causes a 200 Aoe stun 1 Second, and slows all affected by 10%. Costs 75/65/55/45/35/25 Mana, with a 20/19/18/17/16/15 Second Cool down.

He ignores pathing while this ability is in effect.

Sammeal hunts down those who dared refuse repent, tracking them with a skill that had assured his rise to his current position as master of the Ravenwing. Pings all enemy heroes on the map every 20/15/10, and reveals the vision of any within a 2000 Aoe of him. If an enemy hero dies while within the 2000 Aoe of Sammeal, he also gains 10% of his Max Hp and Mana back as the success incenses him on to continue the hunt elsewhere. If Sammeal lands the killing blow upon an enemy hero, this heal is increased to 20/30/40% of his Max Hp and Mana healed.

Ok, new idea for an ult:
Subude The Fallen!
Creates four imobile 'Tethers' that lock the targeted hero in place until all four are destroyed. Each level increases the tether hp, armor, and gives each a minor damage per second. The hero tethered is silenced, and imobile.
Tethers: 350/400/450 Hp Deals 25/35/45 damage per second, per tether. Lasts for 6/7/8 seconds. If all four tethers are destroyed, the tethered unit suffers a 1 second stun as he finishes freeing himself.
Subude The Fallen!

Ok, Check First post for updates. Moved the charge to the Ultimate and upgraded it, and the Global jump to the innate. Several more interesting abilities added. Thoughts anyone?

He's op as hell. If you used the first skill, which does 400 damage!? With a 15 second cooldown!?!?!? With 40% Armor reduction?!?!?! And then used his ullt!?!?! It's game over! Not to mention his passive skill makes no sense at all... for any purpose...
All you do, 1st skill, BAM, innate, BAM, Ult, BAM and you got yourself an unstoppable killing machine dealing 500 damage or so before he even is within range of the enemy, stuns them, reduces armor, and then goes apeshit on them. Yup yup.

Its at best buy currently. I should be able to pick it up today or tomorrow, unless they are wrong and something is really bad, then it might take a couple days long. Really, I'd have loved to give some assistance on this once, but I'm unfamiliar with the character, so my skills that I suggest may be irrelevant. And it wasn't anything against Mortis or anything, it just happened to be the thread I was reviewing.
