Looks good. I liked the changes you made for Warp Icon, though the movement speed is a little much. 30%? Maybe 15-20 would be better.

Well. I gave it 30% cause it gives no base ms.
So it averages out. It also only lasts 8 seconds.
However, of its too much I can reduce it.
Or if it gets base movespeed.

He currently has no pathing.
But is still mostly subject to unit ai which tells him to walk around trees.

As for warp icon, whichever you feel is best. I have no issues because I haven't seen both versions in action.

Oh, grass. One major thing that you should consider fixing before you release the new version: the spelling and grammar on item, skill, and other descriptive tooltips.
I would happily list some out for you, but the stark reality is that they're effing everywhere. I can understand not caring about grammar, spelling, and the like while chatting casually, but you're putting a formal product out on the "market" for people to try, and little things that add up can lead to a negative impression.
In other words, don't be lax when making tooltips. If it must be, run it by someone else before you type in the words.
Now, I could go through and type out every wrong mistake in every single tooltip, but that's an utter waste of time. I will, however, find the tooltips that are wrong for you, but I shouldn't have to point out obvious errors. >> If diction or aesthetics is an issue, I'll bring it up, but things need to be neater.

also: think of it this way
kharn's charge has no pathing (notice how he can run through buildings and the walls on outposts)
and Snikrot has no collision in wind walk (he can walk through units, but cant move through buildings/walls/cliffs/trees)
