It was he who launched Ghazghkull Thraka's star into prominence. It was he who tried in vain to warn the Eldar of Iyanden to the Devourer's approach. Attributes: (without Stat bonuses)
- Health: 500 (+40/lvl)
- Health Regen: 2 health/second (+0.3/lvl)
- Mana: 300 (+50/lvl)
- Mana Regen: 3 mana/second (+0.9/lvl)
- Physical Damage: 40
- Ability Damage: 0
- Armor: 3 +0.6/lvl
- Resistance: 20 = (-15% spell damage reduction)
- Movement Speed: 2.4
Faction Passive: Battle Focus
- Whenever an Eldar hero attacks/casts a spell, it gains 10/20% MS for 2 seconds. Does not stack, will only override a lesser value or refresh.
Innate: Scryer's Gaze
- To see all is to know much, and Eldrad divines the workings of the battlefield in his mind's eye. To look upon the battlefield as one does the to and fro of insects is a powerful tool, and Eldrad uses it to direct his forces to the right place at the right time for maximum effect.
- Reveals a target location for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds. Reveals invisible units for 2 seconds or as long as they remain within the active AoE.
- Range: 1000/1500/2000/2500/3000/3500
- AoE: 750
- Cooldown: 60/56/52/48/44/40/36 seconds
- Mana cost: 10% of Eldrad's maximum mana.
Skill 1: Runes of Fate
- Being one of the most potent psykers in the galaxy, Eldrad can look upon events yet to come and warn his allies of potential dangers. Moreover, he can twist and bind the skeins of the future to his will, steering enemies towards a dark end or guiding his allies to strike with more efficiency.
- Can cast one of three skills: Guide, Doom, or Fortune. All these skills share the same cooldown, mana cost, range, and AoE, and differ only in their effects.
- Cooldown: 5 seconds
- Mana cost: 80
- Range: 600
- AoE: 300
- Guide: Increases attack speed and accuracy of allied units by 8/12/16/20/24/28%
- Doom: Increases the damage enemies take by 10/15/20/25/30%
- Fortune: Increases the armor and resistance of allies by 6/9/12/15/18/21%.
Skill 2: Eldritch Storm:
- Eldrad summons a psychic storm into existence to wreak havoc on the battlefield. Not only are the bolts of lightning an obvious danger, but the psychic shockwaves emanating from the strike also induce significant damage.
- Can summon a storm that launches a lightning bolt at a target point, then mini-bolts on random targets around the target point. The first bolt is at 100% of effect, while the mini-bolts are at 50%. Main bolt will stun, mini-bolts will slow.
- Cooldown: 10 seconds
- Duration: 3 seconds
- Mana cost: 60/70/80/90/100/110
- Range: 700
- AoE: 350
- Damage: 100/130/160/190/220/250 for first bolt, 50/65/80/95/110/125 per mini-bolt
- Stun Duration: 1 second
- Slow: 1 second, 20%.
Skill 3: The Path Beyond
- Eldrad's powers extend well beyond mere touches of the future, having the power to meld illusion with reality. In this way, he can shroud a unit from perception, while still giving the impression that the unit is perceived. Thus, he can reposition forces seamlessly across the battlefield without foes ever realizing.
- Affects both Eldrad and allied heroes an AoE around him, simultaneously turning them invisible and granting them 20/25/30/35/40/45% MS.
- Cooldown: 15 seconds
- Mana cost: 100/110/120/130/140/150
- Range: 700
- AoE: 300
- Duration: 1/1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5 seconds
Ultimate: Spiritlink
- Eldrad's attunement with the Infinity Circuit of Ulthwe allows him to draw on the wisdom and insight of countless Farseers before him, enhancing his psychic abilities beyond already impressive. In particular, Eldrad can grasp the currents of the warp better, allowing his casts to flow from spell to spell without pause.
- Every 9/7/5 spell casts, one of Eldrad's skills on cooldown will have its cooldown reduced by 50/70/90% and cost 10/20/30/40/50/60% less mana to cast.
- Moreover, he can activate the skill to reset all cooldowns.
- Mana Cost: 300/400/500
- Cooldown: 130/100/70

Re: [her][SCII][Eldar]Eldrad Ulthran
Make eldritch storm a proper aoe skill. Small aoe. Lasts 5 seconds. X//x/... Bolts etc.
swap spirit link and path beyond.
Refreshing skills is much more ult worthy that target invis. Go so far as to make path beyond a small aoe or cantered aoe.
Basically... Multi active skills are a pain in the ass and is rather not have to deal with them unless it makes absolute sense.
EDIT:
Eldritch storm.
Slows units in the target area by 15%, and a bolt strikes the target point. 2/3/4/5/6/7 more bolts strike random units in the area every .45-.75 seconds.
Each bolt deals 50 damage to units within 100 aoe of the target, and stun units within 50 aoe of the target for .25 seconds.
Range: 600
Area: 400
Manacost: 150/160/170/180/190/200
Cool down: 24
Note: maximum of 400 damage and (technically although it won't be consecutive) 2 second stun if someone is really unlucky.
The path beyond.
Eldrad and nearby allies turn invisible for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4/4.5 seconds, leaving behind an illusion that copies their current order.
Illusions take 200% damage and deal 0% damage and last for 15 seconds
Area: 400
Manacost: 120/125/130/135/140/145
Cool down: 20/19/18/17/16/15
Note: also possibly make it a target aoe?
Staff of ulthamar.
Refreshes all of eldrads cool downs. As well, he has a 20/25/30% chance to gain mana equal to its manacost over 8 seconds.
Manacost: 300

Didn't we already do base stats?

Re: [her][SCII][Eldar]Eldrad Ulthran
Uhm, well, we did base stats, but what exactly were they? You need to take into account starting stat values when making them, because I would imagine 9 intellect would affect his mana pool by a significant degree.

Re: [her][SCII][Eldar]Eldrad Ulthran
I mean stat-less attributes.
Hero default attributes without stats
Hp: 450 + 60/lvl (1650 at level 21)
Mp: 150 + 30/lvl (750 at level 21)
Hp regen: 1 + .2/lvl (5 at level 21)
Np regen: .3 + .1/lvl (2.3 at level 21)
It's in the sc restart thread
