Magos-Explorator Delphan Gruss

Delphan Gruss hails from the forge world of Arenxis Minoris, far to the galactic south.
After reaching the rank of Magos he spent several decades amongst the Explorator fleets
where he developed a deep knowledge of pre-Imperial technology from rediscovered
worlds. His research into Standard Template Construct legends has led him to believe in
the existence of an artefact known as the Omnicopaeia - a data-storage device
containing every STC blueprint created during the Dark Age of Technology. He has made
it his life quest to find this revered item, and his search frequently brings him into conflict
with local authorities, members of the Inquisition and unscrupulous treasure hunters.

Racial: Blessing of the Omnissiah

Innate: More Metal than Man (Passive)
"To the followers of the Adeptus Mechanicus, flesh is merely an inconvenience; weak and frail in comparison to the mighty pistons, gears and chains of machinery."
- Gives the Magos +1/3/5/7/9/11/13 armor and 10% of his PP to his Resistance

First: Breacher (Passive/Cast)
"Gruss' left arm has been replaced with a bionic attachment known as a Breacher, designed to drill through slag piles and bulkheads, and equally capable of boring straight through a person."
- +5/10/15/20/25/30% damage to buildings
- Deals PP in damage and removes 10/-/25/-/50/-% of the Magos' AP from target's armor for 2/4/6/8/10/12 seconds
Mana Cost:
Cooldown: 25/-/20/-/15/-
Range: 100

Second: Cortex Controller (Cast)
"Whether vat-grown or a criminal sentenced to Servitude Imperpituis, Servitors are mind-wiped, reprogrammed, and cybernetically-enhanced to serve some specific, rudimentary function. Controlled through the Cybernetica Cortex, these Servitors are little more than paper weights without the Cortex Controller."
- Summons 1/-/2/-/3/- to follow the Magos (1 max at lvls 1-2, 2 max at lvls 3-4, 3 max at lvls 5-6)
- Servitors are slightly better than average Creeps with a short ranged attack, but deal additional damage to buildings. They are uncontrollable. They attack the same enemy the Magos attacks, or repair nearby friendly buildings if idle.
Mana Cost:

Third: Mechadendrites (Toggle)
"Constructed from metallic alloys with small motors and actuators within their armoured structures, Mechadendrites are wired directly to the host's central nervous system - allowing them to be controlled through thought as easily as a biological limb."
- 10/15/20/25/30/35% chance to negate melee attacks directed at the Magos
- Strikes 1/-/2/-/3/- enemy units around the Magos for 20/25/30/35/40/50% PP damage every 5/-/4/-/3/- seconds
Mana Cost: 1% of Magos' max mana per second
Range: 200

Ultimate: Curse of the Omnissiah (Cast)
"Even though you called him friend, the Traitor has forsaken you. Show no mercy even if he begs it, for his soul is tainted. Let this vengeful host of malign electromagnetic forces and ravening data-djinn cleanse him."
- Deals APx2/3/4 damage and Silences the target's items for 10/15/20 seconds
Mana Cost:
Cooldown: 120/90/60
Range: 500

“The Machine is strong. We must purge the weak, hated flesh and replace it with the blessed purity of metal. Only through permanence can we truly triumph, only through the Machine can we find victory. Punish the flesh. Iron in mind and body. Hail the Machine!”
