Racial Trait: Necrodermis
Gains +1/2/3/4/5/6/7 regeneration, and upon death, all enemy units within 8 range take 20% of the C'tan's max life, and are knocked back
note: maddened debuff: gain +10% movespeed and move randomly around its current location"fluff"
every second, enemy units within x range lose a stacking 1/1/1/2/2/2/3% attack speed and damage, to a maxiumum of 15 stacks.
Once a unit has max stacks, it is maddened for 2 seconds
one: Insanity's Presence
All nearby enemies have a x/x/x% chance whenever moving 1 distance or attacking to take damage equal to their physical power, or 30 damage for creeps.
two: Touch of Hopelessness
deals x/x/x + (ap) damage, and additional (ap) per debuff on the target.
For 10 seconds, the target takes (ap)% extra damage from all sources for each debuff it has.
three: Harvest's Call
note: fear debuff: runs away from some source unit"fluff"
Two emissaries erratically circle the outsider.
Whenever a unit within 2 range of an emissary receives a buff or debuff, it gains 1 charge, and the outsider gains x/x/x... mana.
When an emissary has x charges, all nearby enemy units take 25/50/75/100/125/150 + 2*ap damage, and are feared for 2 seconds
ult: Illogical Laberynth
after channeling for 3 seconds, creates a zone with a radius of 12 at the target point.
Units outside the zone cannot enter, attack, or target into the zone.
Units inside cannot leave, attack or target outside the zone, unally all units, and have their hp and mana regeneration reversed.
Any buffs affeting a unit in the zone are applied to all friendly units in the zone, and any debufs affecting a unit in the zone are applied to all enemies in the zone.
The outsider may move freely inside and outside the zone, but may not target into our out of it.
