Wish the SCII editor was more user friendly. Atleast you wouldn't have to worry about most of the custom textures and shit, as most Wh40k units are represented in SC.

When I have more time I want to get back into sc2 and maybe start working on porting this.

Edit:
When I have time and buy sc2 again or determine that my key will still work, I'll start building just the map and creeps (the easy things)

If someone wants to suggest a map layout, that would be cool. If we wanna change it up a bit

I think the map should be more "war torn city" (standard Wh40k setting). As for pathing and all that ... yeah, I don't know.

I would like to start a couple projects on sc2.

Converting galaxy jn flames to a sc2 map.
Get chronicles of cadia of the ground
Create the full LotRish cadia origins map (I actually used the story for this as a dnd campaign >.>)
And maybe do a 40k LotRish map (siege of terra)

Can you tell I like LotRish maps?

Side note- the Battle of Terra is a horrible scenario for a LotRish, though it would be a good Siege map.
Loyalists hold off Traitors for X time until the Ultramarines, Space Wolves and Dark Angels arrive or Horus / Emperor die.

As much as I hate the Smurfs, the Battle for Macragge would make a more suitable LotRish.
Ultramarines had no reinforcements coming (except for the Tempestus fleet in space). Plenty of named victory points too.
