I want to add purchasable tomes that add perminant +1 to a stat
these will *cost* 1 honor, and have a 2 min cd each

Since you put in the long cd, this should be fine. It will go well with the upcoming stat scaling skills.

yep... its also something to do with excess honor... im also prolly gona add in like 5 honor cost creep spawn count upgrades

IMO, Hireables should take care of excess honor/gold, but I like this suggestion.

well, hireables only take 1/5 of honor... so u go from 10 to 8, then 8 to 7 etc till 5... so they arent a perminent... but help
