Fortress towers.
They need a buff, in my opinion. By the time they are attacked late game, they don't do enough damage to ward off the massive hordes that are attacking the base.
Keep in mind I'm talking about the final towers in each base, of which there are two.
Perhaps they should do chaos based damage, or do more, or do damage in an aoe, but they need to be stronger, I believe.

I can agree with this.
I'm not saying they should destroy everything, but have them so that you don't constantly need a hero or 4 in the base to fend off the waves, making it so you can't push.

heh, whenever i look at the base towers, they last a pretty long time and own lots of stuff XD

They don't own lots of stuff fast enough to own more lots of stuff, though.
What kills teams end-game is that the towers can't kill the creeps effectively and they die after 10 minutes of repeated barrage.

10 minutes of being stuck in your base having to fend off creeps while the other team comes at will and picks off your teammates is a very long time to endure when you know you're going to lose.

fair enough. it also depends how many outopsts you've lost, how available hireables are, and how good ur heroes are at pushing.
i might reduce the cd of hireables, and *slightly* buff the inner towers, as well as letting them be rebuilt
