I have been wanting a cleaving item in 40k aos so:

requires:
mark of khorn -800g
khornate chain axe - 3200g
power weapon -1500g
recipe -1450g, 5 honor
total: 7000g, 5 honor
gave:
+30 damage
+6 str
+3 all stats
+45% ias

Classifaction [Two-Handed Weapon]
The Berserker Glaive is a weapon that the bearer must constantly fight with to remain in control. The blade contains the bound essence of a Bloodletter which has been driven truly insane by its captivity.
gives:

+10 str
+5 agi
+5 int
+45% ias
+30% cleave
+Passive: Curse of the Glaive
(Curse of the Glaive: Passive. Gains 2% damage, 2% ias, and 2% cleave for each 5 seconds in combat, and loses the same for every 15 seconds out of combat, up to 0 bonuses. If the wearer has reached 30 seconds in combat, it gains a 16% lifesteal aura. If it reachs 60 seconds out of combat, it and nearby allies lose 10 hp per second)

Beserker Glaive

Requires:
2000g 3 honour.
Emperors tears, ^Mark of chaos acendant/Mark of Khorne, power weapon, (x2 master crafting?).
Gives 60/50% cleave <-- yay, 15 to all stats (or 25 str,10 int, 10 agi:varies base, Eg. 25 int 10,10 etc.) 65 damage.
Passive ability: Curse of the Glaive.
Gains 5% cleave, hp regen, ms, ias and damage per 5 seconds in combat, but loses the same amount while not in combat for each fifteen seconds. When the wearer has reached 30 seconds in combat, they gain a 18% lifesteal aura. (Maybe once the wearer has reached 1 min out of combat gains a passive aura that gives a hp/mana degen to all units.)

Just moved this from a different post wherein i suggested this item. A bit touchy on the recepie but the desired effect is worked out.

There are balance issues as well as the fact that the cost is obscene, but it looks fine so far.

Well, I think stats is a no-no. Instead of 6 str give it +300 hp. Remove the stats, add more damage so it isent a waste of cash for tanks.

.... You can't be serious? We're not aiming to make the best item in the game, you know, which this will quickly become. We don't need more damage or more bonuses on items, we need less. All this will do is reinforce the style that heroes that creep well will only be better than heroes who don't, simply because of how expensive the item is and the bonuses it gives.

well, if you look at it, it doesnt gain damage or ias from making it, so you have the same dmg/ias from buying the components.

Make it have more honor or something, its just..to much. I mean we already have a fiasco with items like Tzeentchs staff.

it is alot, but its no more than the components give.
and i cant *remove* bonuses by upgrading recipes

Note: Should Spikey Bitz replace Power weapon? That way we dont get +IAS out of the blue, and a more decent item to keep in your inventory till Glaive is farmed. Just tone down the price of the recepie (I'm pretty sure Bitz is more costly than power weap)

The ias c.mea from the mark of khorne and the chain axe.
And thy chain axe itself uses spikey bits
