Death Jesters stand apart from the rest of their forces, providing much of the Masque's heavy weapon support. In the performance of the Dance Without End, their role is to play Death - reapers of the Fallen Gods. They are known for their morbid and ironic sense of humour.

STR: 14 + 1.1
AGI: 24 + 3
INT: 22 + 2

Innate: Armor of the Dead
Armor worn by the Death Jesters is a macabre sight, decorated with skulls and bones. Besides being visually unsettling the armor contains a conversion field generator.

Passive

15/20/30/35/45/50% chance to reduce damage taken by 5/10/15/20/25/30%. Damage reduced this way is converted to mana for the Death Jester.

Skill #1: Vortex Grenade
A weapon capable of tearing a hole into the Warp. All matter caught within the mini vortex is instantly destroyed and all energy turned into pure Immaterium.

Cast

800 range. One unit within 300 range of impact becomes the initial target. Moves from initial target to up to 3/4/5/6 targets, cannot jump further than 300/400/500/600 and it cannot bounce to same target twice. Any creep touched by the Vortex is destroyed instantly (no $$ / exp is given). Heroes touched take 100/150/200/250 pure damage and are mana burnt for 5/7/10/12% of their current mana. Friendly fire possible (vortex doesn't have IFF, LoL). If the Vortex runs out of targets before it reaches its max, it fades away over 2/3/4/5 seconds, unless a new target steps in its range.

Mana Cost: 125/135/145/155
Cooldown: 40/30/20/10

Skill #2: Shrieker Cannon
The Shrieker Cannon is a terrifying weapon on the battlefield, capable of liquefying its target's innards and ultimately leaving them as stains on their companions' armor.

Cast

600/700/800/900 range. Target takes 100/120/140/160 dmg and suffers severe agony as his blood vessels and organs are attacked by the toxin, -5/10/15/20% MS/AS for 1/2/3/4 seconds. If target dies under Shrieker's effect it explodes in a shower of gore, inspiring the Death Jester's allies (+5/10/15/20 AS) and striking fear in his enemies (-5/10/15/20 AS) in a 300/*/400/* AoE for 3/4/5/6 seconds.

Mana Cost: 80/90/100/110
Cooldown: 35/30/25/20

Skill #3: Death's Gambit
Death Jesters make a game of death on a daily basis, using the very souls of their fallen foes as pawns against the fell power of the Prince of Pleasure, Slaanesh.

Passive

Every time the Death Jester kills an enemy unit he gains a soul token, up to a max of 3/5/7/9 tokens. Any time an allied hero within an 1000 AoE falls below 20/30/40/50% HP a soul is expended to heal them for an amount depending on the potency of the soul (150/200/250/300 for creep, 250/350/450/550 for hero). Any time an enemy hero within 500 AoE falls below 30/25/20/15% HP a soul is expended to deal damage equal to the potency of the soul (50/75/100/125 for creep, 100/150/200/250 for hero). Units killed by Death's Gambit do not grant a soul token.

Cooldown: 5

Ultimate: The Reaping
In the Dance Without End the Death Jesters reap the Fallen Gods, placing their inert forms at the feet of Slaanesh. On the battlefield they share the fate of their fallen gods with their enemies, making them face the ultimate fear- their own mortality.

Cast

The Death Jester jumps to up to three enemy heroes within 700/800/900, cutting at their very life essence. Each enemy hero hit loses 10/15/20% max HP / mana. HP / mana lost this way does not regenerate for 8/10/12 seconds.

Mana Cost: 200/220/240
Cooldown: 60/50/40

Does Death's Gambit have a cooldown? So if two enemies or an enemy and an ally get below X% they both get the bonus? I'm just asking and their is no need for a cooldown, just wondering.

And could you put some cooldown and mana cost numbers on the skills so we can see?

Also. I love that picture. It's scary but cool at the same time.

im against random 'last level' bonuses (the ult)
if he wants a chance to deal bonus damage, give it at all levels

some issues.

For the innate, a 15% chance to block 5% damage... sucks... always.
I suggest you keep the damage reduction constant, but scale the chance.

the rest i think is jsut numbers.

but looks good Very Happy

EDIT:
whats the targeting on The Reaping?
