much better Very Happy i would consider either a str/agi hero with high int (being a shaman and all) or an int hero with high str/agi... XD

A decent agi bonus, high str and yet higher int.

STR: 23 + 2.14 per level.
AGI: 20 + 1.61 per level.
INT: 21 + 2.12 per level.

Base damage; 47-59
Base armour; 3
Base movespeed; 320

Looks good to me, approved. Stat gain has a cap of 6.1 stats per level, so you can modify the numbers as you wish to fix it.

Damage Cap for 2nd skill can be higher if you wish it, but then you would have to cause bonuses to disappear as time passes. It's fine as it is now, though.

Story is fine, all you have to do is flesh out the innate and give it values. All numbers can be balanced, regardless.

*please move to incomplete heroes*

HOWEVER. There needs to be a discussion about how many kroot heroes can get in. We already have a Shaper, but I wouldn't be opposed to a Shaman-Warrior.

oh, and to gly's edit... as long as i dont get 100+ heroes, i dont think it matters how many of a certain races' heroes get in (i mean look at the eldar >.>)

Just a few things I noticed.

Fluff needs an update, maybe, if you're not going to use Vespids.
Base MS of 315 could be high, but he is a kroot..

As before, fix your stat gains to the 6.1 max, which will help him some more.

Mana costs are needed.

For the leap, 350 damage in an AoE of 450 is gigantic. Reduce the AoE to 200/250 and it'll be fine.

Other than that, looks fine so far, unless I missed something.
