[HERO] Val'Kyr the Shas'ui Fire Warrior

THis is kiba's hero im simply posting it for him (on a side note idk where u want us to psot these anymore lol)

Innate: Weapon Modifications
fluff: throguh years of experience and training to become a suit pilot val'kyr has modified and master his weapons
effect: gives val'kyr 10/20/30/40/50 bonus damage and 5/10/15/20/25% as

skill 1: grenade barrage
fluff: Val'kyr throws a bundle of photon and EMP grenades at the target area devastsating things electronic,psychich, and physical alike
effect: does 150/200/250 damage and destroys 5/10/15/20% of their current mana (no damage from mana burnt)

skill 2: Gun Drone
fluff: val;kyr summons a gun drone in tiems of need to further increase his power and damage
effect: summons a gun drone for 8/10/12/14 secs that has a 10/15/20/25% trueshot aura and has a 50% chacne to attack val'kyr's target whenever val'kyr atacks doing 15/30/45/60 damage

skill 3: marker light
fluff: using sophisticated lights and sensors val'kyr increase the effectiveness and sight of his unit
effect: revelas a 600 aoe in 1500/2000/2500/3000 range and effects every unit in the aoe with the marker light debuff for 3/6/9/12 secs
marker light: due to it reveling weaknesses whenever val'kyr attack them he has a 20/25/30/35% cahcne to stun the unit for .5/.75/1/1.25 secs

ult: Neuron Blaster
fluff: through his extensive training val'kyr has mastered what only vespids before him has, the neuron blaster a powerful weapon that cuts through even the most powerful of ray shields with ease
effect: in a 200/250/300 range val'kyr attacks a unit doing 250/325/400 damage and ignoring 25/50/75% of their armor

Not much time to comment atm, but doesn't Path already have markerlight? Can we maybe change the name?

Also, for the armor thing on his ult, is that a debuff, or is the ult physical damage and ignores that much armor? In either case, it seems kind of weak.

and not really 400 physical damage ignoring 75% of their armor is actually fairly good if some1 were to notmally have 50% damage reduction it's now 12.5% damage reduction seems fairly effective to me gie from normally doing 200 damage to now doing 343.75 damage but if u feel the numbers should be bigger then suggest bigger numbers like i said its kiba's hero and that's the ult he want a short range high damage nuke in a sense

innate is a little bland, but w/e (might possibly want to change the effects of this one)

fluff-wise, photon grenades blind and disorient, so there should be some sort of miss/ias slow/ms slow

hmmm.. gun drone.. doesnt it make sense for it to attack independantly of the shas'ui?

i like markerlight, but yeah... rename the skill, cause a markerlight doesnt reveal unexplored ground, it just lights up a target.

neuron blaster: in comparison, fuegan does a 550 pure daamge slowing nuke for his ult

photon: can add maybe a curse effect with a mana burn stead of damage so itd have mana burn with feedback (damage) then put a curse so to speak?

gun drone: it makes sense either way really just if it attacked independently itd be kinda useless cause its not guaranteed itd atk ur target and i wanted to make it do that but not all the time cause if it did that every atk thtd be pretty imba

again ok pick a new name im not a tau person lmao

so make it kinda like a ranged locust? locusts focus that target your currently attacking

fugen: 550 pure damage, 350 physical damage, all at close range.. that adds up to a 900 damage combo... by time u add in armor reduciont and the benefits of pure damage... its about a 900 damage combo at level 16... its not nearly as bad as people think it is... and the only reason people play him like a dps hero is cause hes agi he has no dps potential at all, and doesnt even have that great of an agi gain

Blacksun Filters let them see at night.. Multi-tracker lets them shoot multiple targets with multiple weapons at the same time.. Target Lock, maybe?

Looks better. I guess I just misunderstood the ulti (Was asking if the armor thing was a debuff, where it seems it is.).

One thing though, the range gain on that innate is very low. 20-60 range is pretty much negligeable.

Also, I would suggest bringing down the damage on the grenade slightly considering the debuffs, though it could work as is too.

20 range is low, 60 is not so much... specially if he starts off with normal range
