In a game earlier today I ended up randoming librarian. Sometime during the match whilst I was fight Celestine used by Sgt_coretez by innate the hood thing stopped working. When I scrolled over the icon it said it was on cooldown. A cooldown that never went away. In addition to that someone Celestine ended up becoming immune to being stunned by the fury of the ancients thing. It still looked like it was dealing damage but it was no longer stunning Celestine. It still stunned the mobs and other enemy heroes though. Librarian's disable still worked as well.

umm, im pretty sure that hood might have something to do with illusions... did you pick up an illusion rune before hood stoped working?

as to the not stunning... thats happened before, and i dont know the cause of it.
ill look into it again
