help change some skills
so there are a couple skills that im not currently happy with, and would like some feedback on how to change them
Farseer's Fortune:

i would like, if at possible, to keep the skill, just change how it works.
Farseer's Fortune:
currently:
Ability Type: Active: AoE Amor Bonus.
Targets: Ground: Allies units.
Range: Self; 600 AoE.
Duration: 15 seconds.
The Farseer scrys the future, warning her allies of any incoming harm, allowing them to shield themselves from damage.
Level 1 - Adds 3 armor.
Level 2 - Adds 5 armor.
Level 3 - Adds 7 armor.
Level 4 - Adds 9 armor.
Cooldown: 25/23/21/19 seconds.
Manacost: 65/80/95/110 mana.
Commander's Honor Guard:

Ability Type: Active: Summon.
Range: 400 AoE.
The Chapter Master calls to his honor guard to aid him in battle. Summons honor guardsmen with 550 hp, 41-47 magic damage, 3 large armor, and 320 movespeed.
Level 1 - 1 honor guard.
Level 2 - 2 honor guard.
Level 3 - 3 honor guard.
Level 4 - 3 honor guard and a company champion, has the Single Out ability.
Cooldown: 40/35/30/25 seconds.
Manacost: 50/100/150/200 mana
Commander's Rights of Battle:

Ability Type: Passive: Armor Aura.
Targets: Ground: Allied Units.
Range: 600 AoE.
Chapter Masters are trained in the ways of battle, knowing when and where to attack and defend, they have an almost sixth sense about defensive maneuvers, and often bolster the defenses of their troops just by being present.
Level 1 - 2% of the Chapter Master's strength as armor.
Level 2 - 4% of the Chapter Master's strength as armor.
Level 3 - 6% of the Chapter Master's strength as armor.
Level 4 - 8% of the Chapter Master's strength as armor.
i would like, if at possible, to keep the skill, just change how it works.

Commander's Defensive maneuvers: (Changed the name for my suggestion)
Ability Type: Active: AoE defense buff.
Targets: Ground: Allies units.
Range: Self; 500 AoE.
Duration: 15 seconds.
The Farseer scrys the future, warning her allies of any incoming harm, allowing them to shield themselves from damage.
Level 1 - Gives allies 50% chance to avoid an attack
Level 2 - Gives allies 60% chance to avoid an attack
Level 3 - Gives allies 70% chance to avoid an attack
Level 4 - Gives allies 80% chance to avoid an attack
Cooldown: 20 seconds.
Manacost: 70/80/90/100 mana.
PS: Or it could be a fixed % and the duration that upgrades with the level.
Commander's Honor Guards:
Ability Type: Active: Summon.
Range: 400 AoE.

Level 1 - 500 hp, 41-47 normal damage, 3 large armor and 320 ms.
Level 2 - 750 hp, 52-58 normal damage, 4 large armor and 320 ms.
Level 3 - 1000 hp, 63-69 normal damage, 5 large armor and 320 ms.
Level 4 - 1250 hp, 74-80 normal damage, 6 large armor and 320 ms.
Cooldown: 40/35/30/25 seconds.
Manacost: 50/100/150/200 mana
PS: the honor guards will only partol around you, attack enemy units that come too close, but you can't control them.
Commander's Defensive maneuvers: (Changed the name for my suggestion)
Ability Type: Passive: Armor Aura.
Targets: Ground: Allied Units.
Range: 600 AoE.
Chapter Masters are able to use the number of troops around him to bolster their defenses.
Level 1 - Gives +0.5 armor for every allied units around him
Level 2 - Gives +0.75 armor for every allied units around him
Level 3 - Gives +1 armor for every allied units around him
Level 4 - Gives +1.25 armor for every allied units around him

so forutne becomes an evasion buff, instead of an armor buff... still kinda bleh but better. i might use your idea on honor guards... and defensive maneuvers is still just an armor aura but slightly mroe interesting

I think the farseer aura should be a armor or dmg debuff and maybe the honor guard could get a vet dread for the last skill instead of 2 guys.

i thought an aura would be cool instead of that skill cuz farseers are psychics and i thought it would be appropriate.

im thinking that fortune is an active skill in tabletop, so it kinda makes sense to make it active
