(Description) Gives a 5/13/21/29/37/45 % chance that the nercron lord will be revived when killed with 1- 5/13/21/29/37/45 % of his hp. cant trigger more than once every 60/53/46/39/32/25 seconds
Veil of Darkness:
(Description) transports the lord and any nearby units to the target location over 1 second. 30/25/20/15 second cd
Lightning Field:
[description) (active aura) whenever a unit nearby the lord is attacked, its attacker will take 2/3/4/5 % of their current life
Gaze of Flame:
(description) (passive aura) units attempting to attack nearby units will have a 10/15/20/25 % chance to be issued a stop command instead
Ult: Solar Pulse:
(description) the lord emits a solar pulse and enmies in the area around him are blinded. reduces vision of enemy heroes around the lord to 100, and removes shared vision. as long as they stat within 700/950/1100 distance of the lord. (tentative => slows units ms by 20/30/40)

might wanna make we'll be back limited to once a min or somehting tht resets when he dies and lightning field u prolyl jsut wanna do dmg cause 4% life can be pretty big lol yeah GREATLY reduce % for gaze of flame or replace it with a nuke or fear of some sort lol make solar pulse either do dmg or slow so its not completely useless lol :-P but yeah we might wanan give him a nuke of some sort

gaze of flame doesnt do that much its jsut disruptive... and there will prolly a be a big ish animation when it triggers.. but ill prolly reduce the %
WBB will prolly be limited...
lightning field is fine considering naix does 7% current hp
solar flare is amazing.. considering u can only see melee range.... thats enough

yeah but all they gotta do is run away so ocne they run away its useless lol so put a low so they cnat run away as fast :-P and maybe a silence or soemthing to symbolize disruption and no gaze will eb op everytiem they go to atk 1 in 2 cahnce to stop lmao thtll stop whoel creep wave :-P

they'll still auto focus nearest target... and maby itll max out at like 35%...
and if they run out of solar pulse... then they'll be 1100 away from the battle its like saying u can just run away from... destroyer hive... or asurmen... or... avatar or w/e

haha but all it does is blind them trust me its not tht bad a guys does the same thing in nvb and its not the blindness tht gets ya creator made it so tht u lose ms and u get sileneced in it so im jstu saying add extra effects then jsut blindness and thts from experience =]

once again great hero that is a need to be added.
SUGGESTION.
Maybe add or replace an ability that does this.
Necronic Ritual
-Necromancer scourges the terrain reviving all allied units and giving them damage and armor bonuses while they are alive.
You can do this as a timed life like the revived units will only be alive for so long or you can make it they permenantly come back alive untill dead again..
- moderate cooldown
