whenver Eldrad casts a spell, he has a 10/16/22/28% chance that he will gain mana equal to .7/1.4/2.1/2.8x the spell's manacost over the next 8 seconds.
Adds damage equal to the difference in Eldrad's and his target's intelligence.
ult: Eldritch Storm
max of 800 damage to a single target (from 2400)Max of 4 bolts on one target. For each bolt that is not used or does not hit a target, there is a 1/2/3% chance that Eldritch Storm will be refreshed
and if alone vs a single hero, there is an 8/16/24% chance to refresh the spell

Nope, looks good to me as it is. As always though, it may need some work once it's tested out.

Grass, when the ult refreshes does the max hits to one person reset too or no.

You might want to put new values for the damage on mind war. Current values are somewhat really, really bad, considering that it can do 400-1200 damage depending on her int. Reduced slow of 25% doesn't do anything, because she'll still move faster with a jetpack/warp gen.

Isn't guide an all purpose spell, and do we need another far-seer hero? Or we can just replace Taldeer with this guy, can you imagine having two mindwars casted on you, or to double that, stacking fortune, or buffs, and double eldritch storm?!
