Psyker needs to be rebalanced. TT I've played her for a few rounds and I've gone 13/2/10, 15/7/7, and ridiculously absurd things happen during games. Especially early game, where her lightning nuke is devastating to any hero who doesn't reduce spell damage. Cooldown might need to be addressed. Also, the supposed 5-10% chance to mana burn myself off a spell doesn't actually seem to be that. The refresh is also the same way.

Other than that, she works beautifully. My favorite hero so far.

the important bit to look at there is the GetRandomInt(0, 100) <= 4+GetUnitAbilityLevel()

which is saying, get a random number, and if its less than (4 + level of perils) do the actions... so in reality. it might actually be 11% but w/e

and also, yeah... i know... i might reduce the damage on lightning arc a bit

Oh yes. The slow on burn seems to fail. Tremendously. Burn seems to work fine. But they hardly slow down. Perhaps increase the slow and decrease the burn and it'll be good?

As for lightning, you either have to reduce the damage or change the move type or both. Like a forked lightning or a monsoon that does comparable but lower damage. Regardless of the change, it's ridiculously easy to farm with her.

well, the slow on lash was bugged, it now works properly.
and really... 60% manaburn is too much XD its now gona be 36%

and the damage on arc is now 215 at max level
