Simply put, Lucius rapes him so hard it's not funny. I sort of feel bad using him on a 1 on 1 against Ray.

But there's a bug, if you're curious.

Lash of Torment will completely dispel Precise Aim (The damage and movement speed buffs), but the icon will remain active as if it was still up.

oh? o.o well thats lame

edit: oh, and vindi isnt a 1v1 hero Razz obviously lucius will rape him XD ill look into that bug tho... gota use a different skill that reduces damage OR a different skill that increases ms and damage...
